Beatriz is the perfect host , always responsive and very friendly. The place is even better than in the photos. With its perfect location i think is one of the best places that you can find in Valencia. Recommend for sure !

Beautiful apartment, great location with lots of attention to detail. 5 minutes on foot is a great beach playground and there are parasols and sand toys in the apartment. I'm sure we'll be back.

My friends and I really enjoyed our stay at this property. The home is exactly as pictured, gorgeous! The beds were comfortable, the air conditioning robust, and the shower water pressure strong. The hosts left the largest basket of snacks and coffee pods I’ve seen at an Airbnb. The property is centrally located. It seemed like everywhere we wanted to go was only an 11 minute walk away. There were charming restaurants near by with great food. Communications with the hosts were convenient and timely. I will definitely stay here again the next time I’m in Valencia.

We have only the most pleasant impressions of the apartment. Since we were with a small child, it was important for us that everything was within walking distance and that it was quiet. We found all of this there. We lived in a quiet neighborhood, no one bothered us, you could walk to the sea in 5 minutes, to the supermarket in 7. It was perfect for us. The apartment is very well maintained, clean and tidy. There was everything necessary to cook food. Since we arrived late at night, the hosts carefully left us a potato pie, muffins, tea, coffee and clean water, which was very useful. Alejandro gave us all the necessary instructions the day before arrival, which helped us get into the house without problems, connect to the Internet and navigate the area. We felt at home in his house, we were cozy and comfortable. I wholeheartedly recommend this house. If we decide to return to Valencia again, we will undoubtedly choose this house for living. We loved our stay at A&J’s apartment. It was lovely and clean and had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable and the air con amazing, as was the shower. We loved the fact that the bus stop was outside the door as we used it every day to explore and it is extremely cheap to use with a bus card that can be purchased from the local tobacco store. We also loved the fact that the supermarket was a minutes walk from the apartment and it was lovely and big and had loads of choice. I messaged A&J to ask questions and they replied very promptly with the answers. Book this apartment, you won’t be disappointed ☺️🥰

I had a really early flight so needed a place to stay close to the airport for one night. Francisco was a very great host. He responds really fast and is ready to help you if you have questions. The place is just as depicted. I would recommend it to others!

We had a great stay! The apartment was very comfortable and clean. You could tell the apartment was recently renovated, everything was brand new and all amenities were available. The area is quiet and the view from the apartment is beautiful.

We stayed 2 nights, a lightning trip, Aurora managed everything very well, very detailed, very clean, very nice people, I would definitely come back.

Staying at this Airbnb in Valencia felt less like booking a vacation rental and more like being lovingly adopted by the city itself. Let’s start with the location: perfection. You’re basically neighbors with the Mercat Central, which means every morning smells like fresh oranges and baked bread, and you’re steps away from all the magic; tapas bars, historic sights, and enough charming alleyways to get happily lost in at least once a day. Now, the apartment. Gorgeous. Bright, clean, full of character, and clearly designed by someone who loves the city and wants you to fall in love with it too. Don’t sleep on this rental! Doesn’t look like much from the street but inside is a totally new and very lovely 3br/2ba. Beds were extremely comfortable, bathrooms were modern and pristine, and the space is clean and calming. Patio with pool out back is a delightful extra.

The photos don't do the house justice. It's super big. The rooms are much bigger than expected. The house is very bright. It has a covered patio/Giant Cerrado and roof. Everything has been renovated . Amparo is a sweetheart. I made the order from Mercadona and I arrived before me, and she put it on the fridge for me. The house doesn't lack anything. What's more, it has gel and shampoo, bottles of fresh water in the fridge, a small milk brik, 2 beers and everything, all kinds of cleaning products, come on, of everything. To put it a but , Google Maps doesn't give the location correct. You have to look for it by the Street View. It's next to the Plaza del Ayuntamiento. Corner. Ahh important, if you want to see the national channels of tv, Coméntaselo a Amparo because it has to be done through an app. All in all, great!!

Although my wife and I couldn't go for health reasons, my children 😩😩😩and granddaughter did go and had a great time, the reviews are based on their experience.

Even better than we expected. Perfect location, very clean and very well equipped house. With a spectacular terrace, a quiet community pool on the same floor. We were also able to bring our pet. They gave us recommendations for places without asking. The person who greeted us was charming. It was perfect!

Sophia's and Luis' place is great. It has everything that you need for short or long stay Starting with huge TV with english speaking progams ,dishwasher,washing machine,fans.Sophia and Luis comunicate promptly,answer all your questions immediately,never leave you uncertain.

Victoria’s apartment is 5 star! The apartment itself is beautiful, really well equipped with amazing outside space and a refreshing shared pool - which was very quiet during our stay. The beach is just across the road and there are good options for restaurants and cafes. The town is only a short drive away too. Would highly recommend Victoria’s apartment.

Eva is a very nice and helpful host. Her place was really cozy and very well equipped. The only small disadvantage is if you share the house with guests in the second apartment, the bathroom walls are super thin and you can hear everything. Luckily we had this situation only for one night. Otherwise it's a great place to relax

this place is absolutely beautiful we loved it so much it was hard to leave the apartment. Conors had everything to make our stay comfortable. The kitchen was equipped with all needed to make a meal. Really a beautiful place and so comfortable.
