I've stayed at the Itz Inn twice and I'm definitely going back again. I like this place so much. The location is awesome, and I love being so close to all the restaurants, shops, and things to do. I also love all the historical stuff about the building and the views from the porches. Kaliche coffee, Hondos (amazing music & food), and the wine bar next door - all fantastic!

We stayed here for our anniversary and it was the perfect location right off Main Street. Lots of shopping, places to eat. The pool was nice and had floats to use. Would definitely stay here again.

So close to Main and all the restaurants and wine bars but still private and quiet. The porch is a great perk. Will definitely look for this one when traveling to Fredericksburg

I loved this little cottage!! It was definitely an "Absolute Charm". Great place for a weekend getaway. Very peaceful, but at a great location.

The place was very cozy. The bed sheets were super comfy! I would have really enjoyed relaxing and watching a movie but the tv was not smart for me to access my streaming accounts. Definitely walking distance, bring your comfortable walking shoes though. The place was clean, easy to access, plenty of parking around. The place had what we needed for coffee in the morning and wine in the evening. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay from the wine tours and tastings to exquisite dining experiences at Martini’s seafood, Jack’s Chophouse, Hill Country Herb Garden, and Stout’s Signature at Grape Creek.

Loved the place. It was very clean and not far from the city.

Lovely grounds and nice, cozy apartment on the first floor with a full kitchen, large bath, nice living room. Bed was so comfortable that we overslept! You really can't beat the grounds - like going to a park. No street noise. Out of town yet a five minute drive to anywhere you want to go. Best of both worlds. Beats a hotel room by a mile

This cottage is right in the heart of Fred’burg. One block away from all the shopping and restaurants. The cottage was absolutely adorable. The king bed was the MOST comfortable bed I’ve ever slept on, I had to pull the sheet back and see what mattress it was, I was literally on a cloud. The unit was very clean and soft spa music was playing when we arrived. We ate at a few German restaurants down town, but ended with to some pizza from the restaurant right across the street. Oh my, AMAZING! The shower was relaxing after walking all evening, it never lost hot water. Even though our stay was on a Saturday night, the cottage was very peaceful and quiet. I heard nothing once we were in for the evening. My husband liked the leather shop and the “Just for men” shop down the block. Most boutiques offered free beer, so he was all about shopping with me at that point :)

Charming! Easy to get to from downtown Fredericksburg. But far enough out of town to feel really peaceful and like you’re away on holidays in the country. We enjoyed the property and the casita. Would love to come back in the winter and have a red wine around the fireplace in the courtyard

We stayed at this home for one night during the Fredericksburg Crawfish Festival. The home was clean, easy to access, and in a good location (about a mile from the town center). I would stay here again and I recommend it to others looking to visit Fredericksburg.

This was our second time staying in the Austin 412 airbnbs! It was great for an anniversary trip a few years ago for just my husband and I, and was great for bringing our daughter this time around. We booked a 1st floor accommodation this time since we had the baby with us and did not hear the upstairs neighbors at all. It’s a great location, the bathrooms are gorgeous, and ya gotta love a good hot tub. The hosting company is extremely responsive. I’m sure we will stay here again in the future!

Our stay at Absolute Charm was amazing. The room was spotless and had everything we needed. It was located close to the Main Streets which had great restaurants. We definitely recommend others to stay at Absolute Charm.

I loved how close this spot was to all the delicious German food in town! I would definitely stay here again the next time I visit Fredericksburg!

We absolutely loved our anniversary stay here! The bed was incredibly cozy—we even looked up the sheets so we could get a set for ourselves. The shower and tub felt like a total dream. We’ll definitely be booking again when we’re back. The only thing we wished for was a pool instead of just a hot tub, especially with this Texas heat kicking in for the summer!

We loved staying here 2 years ago so we were excited to see that it was still available now. Everything is just how the pictures show. Added bonus on this stay was the larger fridge and the outside tv. We very much enjoy the peace and quiet that Petit Paradis offers. Hoping to stay here again in the future.

We loved our stay at the Farmhaus. It was beyond perfect for our weekend in Fredericksburg. We were central to everything from Main St to the grocery stores, yet the location made it still feel private.
