Peaceful and secluded. Coming from the city it was really nice to be removed but close enough to nightlife and fun.

This place was perfect for two couples, very clean, very cute. We loved the hot tub and fire pit areas. The floor plan provided enough common area space both inside and outside for group activities, games and dining with privacy between the bedrooms. We indulged in some of the additional gift packages and they were beautiful. We would definitely stay here again. The only thing we didn’t love was the 7:30 am dog alarm from the kennels next door each morning.

Decorated beautifully. Sweet and girlie! It's an old house, so no closets and no place to hang clothing. There was both a coffee pot and keurig with coffee, creamer, and sweetener. There is a separate rental upstairs, so you may have "neighbors". The location is one block off the main street, so perfect for walking around town for shopping or restaurants.

Great accommodations with many nearby restaurants and stores. Being able to walk to most places was convenient. Host communication was perfect. We would stay here again on our next visit.

Our stay on Fredericksburg was great, and our accomodation was no exception. Catalina was super helpful with all communication and instructions, and the property was spotless. we had a lovely stay and would have stayed longer if our plans were different.

It started out a bit rough with A/C issues, but they were extremely quick to be helpful and make things right. They continued to communicate next steps. Great location, very clean, enough room and would definitely stay there again. The outside area is perfect for this time of year! Everyone had a great time.

Very cute house and spacious. We had a good time in the hot tub. Location was very close to all the wineries, only minutes away. We will come back with family.

It was an amazing place to spend our honeymoon. The location was great and perfect distance to the main street. hot tub was fun! host was responsive and housekeeping was great and helpful! Fireplace was great too!

Loved my stay at Martha’s ranch! It was so beautiful and you could see so many stars! She was kind, helpful and informative. The house was so cute and very clean. Will definitely be back soon!

The perfect place for a weekend away! The home had everything my husband and I needed and a great amount of space for two people. The upstairs foosball was a fun added bonus. Located close enough to town for a quick/cheap uber but in a quiet neighborhood. Definitely recommend!

We chose this place for our daughter's surprise engagement. Monica met with us months ahead of time to scope out the place for beautiful pictures and plan the weekend festivities. She was helpful every step of the way and even the weekend of. she coordinated weather updates and made sure everything was as promised. This place is ideal for small weddings or events. She has 3 different places to stay at on the ranch for multiple families. So many places for photo ops or locations to hold the wedding/reception depending on the size. our house was charming, supplied with everything we needed including a cool place to enjoy the hot tub. the drive to the Trade Days was just a few minutes. after a long day shopping downtown this place makes for a wonderful girls weekend. to top it all off monica brought us bfast for each day. some of the best cinnamon rolls and biscuits we've ever eaten. you cannot go wrong staying at the Monarch Ranch! it is truly a hidden gem! thank you Monica!

Fabulous stay at the Shaw Haus! Driving up, the neighborhood seemed maybe a little rougher than we expected, but we never felt unsafe and walked around the neighborhood and to coffee, and the location is nice because it’s so close to Main Street. It’s a great house, great yard, great value and we enjoyed our stay!

We had an amazing stay! Neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful. We parked out. Vehicle and where able to walk everywhere we wanted to go on main! Would highly recommend this home for anyone!!!

It was absolutely perfect! The space inside was as whimsical as the pictures. It was roomy and was so special- it was decorated perfectly and we’d loved finding all the personal touches inside. The outside area was perfect as well. We came to the area to explore the wineries and Fredericksburg, but exploring the Airbnb outside area was one of our favorite moments of the weekend. It was serene, calm, and so special. Henry was a fantastic host as well. He was more than accommodating and extremely responsive. He really cared that everyone has a great stay. Also, the breakfast delivered in the morning was such a special touch as well. We cannot recommend this place enough!

Listed as "no heat". We were there on a cold rainy weekend and we're pleased to find a heat setting on the AC! Super comfy bed, nice linens. Coffee pods were supplied, a little short on creamer though. Bath instructions worked perfectly. Just turn on the hot water and let it run until it turns cool. perfect temp and covered the jets. Hand held shower was great, a lot of power! Location was amazing just a 10 minute walk to Main. We recommend highly!

It was a beautiful place to stay, very clean and cozy. The owners were very proactive to ensure we had accurate information regarding our check in. While there was a good amount of street noise this was made known in the description and we were provided with a sleep mask and ear plugs. The noise did die down and it did not affect our sleep at all. Overall I would say this was a great place to stay and would stay there again.

WOW! We were so impressed by Fredericksburg Cottage and our hostess, Angela! This B&B is so cozy and comfortable that we could have just stayed in the house the entire time! Beautifully decorated and so well appointed, we lacked nothing and felt so at home. If you're looking for style and comfort, Fredericksburg Cottage is your home away from home! Angela is a great host! Communicative, helpful, and so gracious to help us with all our questions and needs! 5+ stars!

Would 100% recommend this spot and any other spot Vacasa rents out! They were extremely proactive start to finish to ensure our stay was comfortable. Their adorable cottage was the perfect getaway to relax and unplug. Conveniently located, impeccably clean, with clear rules posted out making check out easy. Loved this place, will definitely be back!

This was my favorite airbnb that I have stayed in. Catherine's place is beautiful, clean, cozy, & had a wonderful use of property outside. I took my daughter & 3 of her friends to this house for her 16th birthday. They loved it. When we walked inside, there was a chalk board saying Happy 16th birthday to our daughter, a balloon, & snacks. What a wonderful surprise. The girls played board games in the barn for hours & dressed up with the hats & glasses. They loved the swing too. We had a fabulous time. Catherine was easy to communicate & felt like family at the end of the trip. Stay at her place. You won't regret it.
