This was our second stay with Absolute Charm, and we will be back! Although we were on the same property, we were at a different house, and we loved it just as much as the first. 5 stars!!!

Great getaway stay. This was perfect for my partner and I. It had everything we needed and more. We truly did feel right at home, from the moment we opened the front door it just felt very welcoming. The backyard setup was a bonus, nice outdoor area with a tv! Another factor we really liked was the location, whether we drove or took an uber around Fredricksburg, everything was in pretty close proximity. It’s a nice, private cottage that makes you feel at home. Would definitely recommend!

We really enjoyed staying at this location, the description matched exactly what we received. It was very clean and it was so beautiful inside and out! It was very close to Main Street and all the wineries. Akiko was very responsive and left a lot of information around the house to make sure you knew how everything worked!

We really enjoyed our stay at Rachel's place. It was very clean, conveniently close to things, and quiet. It looked just like the pictures. The shower was really good. The bed was very comfortable. Would definitely stay there again. Highly recommend.

Great quiet place really close to Main street which we loved. We were in town for three days and were able to see so much. Home had everything we needed!

Fredericksburg, TX is one of our frequent getaway destinations. We have had many experiences in various bed-and-breakfast in and around Fredericksburg. This is now one of two that we truly love. As a commercial pilot, I live in hotels and resorts, so I can say with experience that this one was one of the cleanest I have ever seen. I was pleasantly surprised with the fit and finish. This was the best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed at. Within 2 minutes of walking in, I felt very at home and comfortable. The space was gorgeous and the design was well thought out. Everything matched the photos and the amenities that were listed were all there and available for use. Fully planning to book again!

My wife and I booked this for our 1 year anniversary. We wanted to be on Main St. so I could have a few drinks and not have to worry about getting us home! And this place delivered. We were tucked away from the noise (even though the Crawfish Festival was across the street) and loved it. Every time we were on the strip shopping or drinking and had to use the restroom, we could just dip back to the apartment. And we never had to move the car for the whole weekend! This apartment is amazing. We were so happy with how clean it was, that there was a full on fridge and microwave AND wine fridge for our purchases. Just perfectly decorated and again, quiet! You'll have to be fast and book it because once the word is out on this place or if we want the place for a weekend, it'll be booked Quick, Fast, and in a Hurry!

We had an excellent stay in Fredericksburg at our Livesuites’ home. It was very clean and close to Main St.

Great condo!! SUPER clean! Great location, quiet neighborhood, secluded condo and safe area! We had a great time. Although never used the kitchen it was all clean. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful house, great host, and lovely area! We had such a great stay! The house was better than expected and the host was so nice! A few notes! The hot tub is HOT! Uncover it a few hours before wanting to get in! Also, there’s no light by the hot tub so be careful! We fell getting in it no seeing the steps even with our phone lights! The bed frames stick out a bit so be carful with toes and legs! However, the beds we Cozy and comfy, the couch was perfect , the kitchen was so clean and had everything we needed, and the bathrooms were large!! Outside of the few mentioned items above it was a really great stay and will go back!!

Absolute Charm is EXACTLY what this stay was. I felt so much peace and tranquility in this home. The pictures did no justice, as this home was more beautiful than I can imagine. Charlotte was so sweet when I called a little later in the evening. She was willing and able to help us the moment we needed it. I will definitely be booking this home again 💗
