My house is located 50 m from the ancient Saracen tower that overlooks the crystal clear waters that characterize the entire coast ; a few meters away there is a playground built among the beautiful centuries-old olive trees, several restaurants, bars, ice cream parlors, shops , ATM and beach... My house is suitable for couples looking for some tranquility , solo adventurers who love nature , business travelers and families (with children). The house is also a ten-minute drive from Baunei for those who want to practice climbing and hiking in the beautiful mountains .

La mia casa sul mare, con accesso diretto e privato alla spiaggia di San Giovanni, è vicinissima al centro del paese, alla spiaggia centrale di Santa Maria, adue passi dal porto turistico.
