Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Girdwood, Anchorage

Alanah was a wonderful host! Great communication before and during the trip. The house was cozy and homey; just like the description and pictures on the listing! We knew exactly what to do, and where supplies were if we needed them. The area was peaceful. Check-in was a breeze, and the house manual was super helpful when I was prepping for the trip.

Lovely, private home with everything we needed (but tissues😉). Close to everything we wanted to see, and downtown. Will be booking again should we be blessed enough to come to Anchorage again.

Wonderful cabin in Eagle River, perfect for a group getaway! The house is super cozy, clean, and well-stocked with everything we needed. Hot tub and pool table were a big hit for our group of 10. We especially loved turning off the lights at night and watching the moon through the huge panoramic windows — such a peaceful experience! We were hoping to catch the Northern Lights, but even without them, the view was magical. Linens and towels were spotless and smelled great. All amenities worked perfectly. The cabin has a beautiful rustic feel with high ceilings, wood interiors, and a warm dining space for meals and games. The small touches like the Christmas tree made it feel extra homey. Highly recommend for anyone looking to relax, unwind, and be close to nature while still having all the comforts of home!

We had such a wonderful time at Trenitie's house! It's close to the ski area, restaurants, bars, grocery stores, and the library! This house has literally everything you can think of! Extra plus: It was super clean!!!! We loved it! And Trenitie was very responsive and made us feel at home the minute we walked in! 5+ stars!

We really enjoyed visiting Anchorage and Joey’s house was perfect for our family! The home was clean and we felt very comfortable there. The house was an easy drive to stores and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again!

My partner and I were in Anchorage for the weekend, and we had a wonderful stay at Jennifer’s place. It was super clean and had everything we could’ve needed. There were many nice personal touches and communication was excellent. Jennifer’s place is exactly what Airbnb should be!

What a beautiful house that exceeded the description! We enjoyed the spacious kitchen and living area to celebrate our 50th Wedding Anniversary with our 2 Daughters and their husbands and all 5 of our grandchildren! The location was perfect with a beautiful view from the dining room and deck! (.....from an online search: The mountain seen from a house deck on Golden View Drive in Anchorage, AK is likely The Sleeping Lady, also known as Mount Susitna. The body of water is likely the Cook Inlet) The location was very close to many restaurants and several of the attractions we planned to visit as well as having privacy, with wonderful views from the windows and porches. Brett was available upon our arrival. He gave us clear and accurate instructions for use of the hot tub and bicycles if we were interested. Brett also shared several names of local restaurants, which we tried and confirm as excellent.

This place was a great find. It’s close to downtown and all restaurants and shopping. Close to a great local grocery store that has great coffee and baked goods. The apt was beautiful with a great outside seating area in the front. The beds were amazing super comfortable and very cozy. Definitely would stay there again.
