Holiday rentals with a sauna in Girdwood, Anchorage

My husband and I had a great time staying at the Wolf Den! It was the perfect place for us to stay at while we attended a friend’s wedding and very affordable for such a gorgeous time of year in Alaska!

Very responsive, pull out was small, place is very clean and modern, small leak under sink that we notified host. The host responded very quickly to our concerns. Convenient grocery store near by!

One of the best rentals I have ever stayed in. Very easy to follow directions. Very comfortable. Upgraded- beautifully. Will be back and would highly recommend to anyone planning a stay in Girdwood. Thank you!

Simple and easy little spot in walking/biking distance from downtown. The sauna was an excellent touch to warm up after a long cold day, and the kitchen was concisely perfect for a week's needs. Simple bed and very dark bedroom. Could hear guests upstairs when heavy footfalls, but they do note that in the description of the house, so expect it! Bearspray and bug repellent in the closet for adventures free of charge! Comfortable couch too.

I liked how cozy it was and the neighborhood wasn't as noisy as I previously thought. couches and beds are very comfy, especially after a long day walking. The Sauna was a neat surprise!

Sarah was a kind and communicative host, and it was easy to coordinate with her. My husband and I stayed for two nights and were so pleased with the condo that we've decided to return another weekend. Very clean, comfortable, and quiet. From the condo, we could walk to hiking trails, a brewery, coffee shop, restaurants, and a small grocery store. A short drive to many spectacular places along the nearby Seward highway.

Peaceful and lovely neighborhood. Great short hikes nearby! Easy access to city and hiking destinations. Would stay here again in the future.

Shane’s place is amazing! Great bed, cool fireplace! The location is quiet and it’s walkable to nearby establishments.

Space was perfect for our group of 6. Location was super convenient and close to some of our favorite places in Girdwood.

We had a great stay at Amy’s Girdwood apartment. We came in on rail and left from Girdwood station and her place was close to the station. Girdwood is a quaint town, a taste of Alaska! The ski resort is right there as well. While we came in the summer, it would be a perfect place to stay while skiing! Thanks Amy for a great stay!

We really enjoyed our stay at Makiko’s place. The creek running under the house created a peaceful atmosphere.

We had a truly wonderful stay! It felt just like home from the moment we arrived. We were there for a family reunion, and it was the perfect place for all of us to come together. My kids and their children came from Brazil, Florida, and Mississippi, and the home had everything we needed to relax, reconnect, and enjoy our time as a family. A special thank you to Liana for the delicious cake—it was such a kind and thoughtful touch that made our stay even more memorable. James’s home was exactly what we needed for our last two nights in Anchorage. We didn’t spend much time there but it was a good home base and close to downtown which was ideal for us. Road noise was as expected based on the location at a busy intersection. We greatly appreciated the ability to do laundry as well. The kitchen is large but the cabinets/drawers didn’t have handles which made them slightly difficult to open. Overall, good stay as expected.

We had an amazing stay! The house was incredibly clean, and the location was perfect near all the shopping malls and restaurants. The host was also very responsive and helpful. We will definitely be back!
