Cozy and inviting apartment with brand new windows and a newly renovated facade, centrally located in Ålesund. The apartment is on the 2nd floor and consists of an entrance, a tiled bathroom with heating cables, a bedroom and an open-plan living room and kitchen. In the living room you will find a large TV with access to popular streaming services. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, oven, stove top, large fridge with freezer, Dolce Gusto coffee machine and kettle. Bybadet, Byparken, Brosundet, restaurants and cafes are just nearby.

The apartment is located at the top of Skaret on Valderøya outside Ålesund with panoramic views of the shipyard along the coast. 10-15 min. drive to Ålesund city center, about 10 min. to the airport. Hiking opportunities just outside the door to the mountain Signalen with great views, or to the other islands Godøya, Giske or Vigra. Golf course at Vigra, 5 min. drive. At Alnes, located on Godøya, there is an art gallery/cafe. Short distance to all the sights of Ålesund and Sunnmørsfjellene with all their hiking opportunities.

Walking distance to Aksla viewpoint and city center. Free street parking in the area. Simple but cozy standard. Perfect for 1 or 2 people. No kitchen but a small "hotel kitchen" corner with fridge, microwave and kettle, and some kitchen utensils. Private bathroom with shower, bathtub, washing machine and washing tub for any dishes. Note: only access to water in the bathroom.

Quiet, small studio apartment in a central location. Short distance to most things in Ålesund. Hovden sofa bed 140 cm wide with pocket springs. Washing, bed linen and towels included. Free parking 10 minutes walk from the apartment. Or regular street parking in the city center. The nearest street parking is a four-minute walk from the apartment. This is free before 8 o'clock in the morning and after 4 in the afternoon as well as Saturday and Sunday. Grocery store 4 minutes to walk. Bus stop 1 minute walk.

My home is in a quiet neighborhood and I want our guests to help maintain this atmosphere. Therefore, we ask that guests are calm and respect our neighbors by not making noise or disturbance :) Strict non-smoking policy.

Fantastic place to stay and relax. Beautiful view of the fjord and mountains. The apartment is located on the sunny slope of Aksla mountain, in a quiet area, with access to the garden, close to the forest, 15 minutes to Fjellstua viewpoint, 20 minutes from the city center. Fully equipped kitchen. New and clean bathroom with washing machine and dryer. It is possible to add a cot and a baby chair for a child upon agreement with the owner. Free parking on the street.

NO ELEVATOR. 10 minute walk to city centrum. Good space with everything you need. Spa bathtub, hidden «secret» piano, tv with maybe netflix. Ps4, books, dining table for 6. Some of my personal belongings will be present since I normally live here.

Ålesund city centre: 2 bedroom top floor apartment

Large, spacious top floor apartment in the heart of Ålesund city. From here you can walk to anywhere in the city centre. Private secluded outside area with comfortable furniture to enjoy a long breakfast or an evening meal in the Summer. Around the corner is a donut place, several cafes, supermarkets, restaurants and bars. You rent the whole apartment for yourself. No sharing with me or other guests.
