Relax with your family or some friends in this fantastic townhouse in first row down towards recreational nature and nearby the neighbourhood of Nørrebro and the city center of Copenhagen. The house is located at the end of a small closed street in a calm residential area right next to a forest grove and the green area Utterslev Mose where you can go for a nice walk around the lakes and with good connections to the city center (approx. 20 minutes by bike or bus).

Det er et hyggeligt lyst hus med egen stor terasse. Hvis man holder af natur, så er Kongens Lyngby er omgivet af smukke søer og skove. Det er en stuelejlighed med en stor terasse og plads til 6 sovende gæster.

The small townhouse is within walking distance of Kongens Lyngby, green areas and lake. Easy access to Copenhagen with only 15 minutes on the S-train. The house is 110 sqm spread over three floors. The first floor offers a bedroom, children's room and toilet. Ground floor with kitchen and exit to beautiful terrace and child-friendly garden. In the basement is the bathroom.
