Our newly renovated holiday home with two apartments is located at 1300 m in the picturesque Walser village Schmitten in the middle of Graubünden: The world-famous ski resorts Davos, Lenzerheide and Savognin can be reached in 20 minutes each, St-Moritz can also be reached all year round by the Albula cable car in 1 hour. Schmitten is located on a sun terrace above the Landwasser viaduct, the symbol of the Rhaetian Railway, in "Park Ela" Switzerland's largest natural park with unlimited leisure opportunities.

Heaven on earth in (sport) mountain paradise Davos

(Für Deutsch: please scroll) Rustic, quietly located house where you hear the sound of rippling water, from the Chummerbach and from a small source next to the house. Beautiful view of the mountain peaks, meadows, pine trees and larchs. From the house you can make wonderful walks to the Maienfelderfurga, Schwifurga, Bärenalm, Stafelalp and Wiesen. Alpine skiing and mountain biking is also fantastic here. The house is located opposite the Rinerhorn, you can easily walk or drive to the ski lift .

Alpine hut on the Rinerhorn

Our fully renovated cottage (4 ½ rooms) is located in Davos on the Rinerhorn. The unique location directly bythe ski slope, toboggan run and winter hiking trail is perfect for winter sports enthusiasts of all kinds. However, the comfortably furnished hut also invites you to relax and enjoy a cozy get-together at the same time. It is fully equipped and has shower/toilet, electric stove, oven, dishwasher, heating etc. Attention: In winter only accessible by mountain railroad (ski/sledge)!

Davos-Sertig, vacations in nature

Our house is secluded in the quiet nature reserve in the Sertigtal. In winter, you can reach directly through the black-marked deep snow run from the Jakobshorn. During spring, summer and autumn awesome for biking. Hiking trails, cross-country skiing lakeside pass past the house. Bus station is at the bottom of the house. Since Davos is a spa resort, a tourist tax must be paid. This is 5.90 per day per person 12 years and older. Tourist tax will be collected on site at check-in.

Die gemütlich eingerichtete 2,5 Zimmer-Wohnung befindet sich im 1. Stock an einer ruhigen und sonnigen Lage in Davos Platz. Die Wohnung ist ideal für Paare oder kleine Familien. Sie verfügt über einen sonnigen Balkon mit herrlicher Aussicht auf das Jakobshorn und die umliegende Umgebung. Wir legen weniger Wert auf Modernität oder Alpentradition. Dafür umso mehr auf Gemütlichkeit, Wohlfühlen und Sauberkeit. Ankommen und sich zu Hause fühlen ist unser Motto.

Mountain Shack

The small and rustic tiny house is right in the heart of the Swiss Alps. The accommodation has two floors with a double bed, shower, and toilet on the second floor. The first floor offers a small kitchenette and space to eat. We are located about 7 minutes drive from Davos, in a peaceful and gorgeous setting. To get into Davos, the bus stops conveniently in front of our house, and will bring you back here regularily. Bus fare is included with guest cards.

Davos Glaris vacation home at the foot of the Rinerhorn

A new apartment in old walls awaits its guests. It is located directly on the Landwasser. The Rinerhornbahn and Davos Glaris train station / bus stop are a 2-minute walk away. The modern kitchen is integrated into the living room. A separate bedroom and the bathroom in blue complete the apartment. 2 rooms - seating in front of the apartment - garage space for car, skis & bike - family-friendly - Davos Klosters Premium Card included.

Modern and cozy mountain apartment with a view

Modern apartment built in the village of Litzirüti (1460m), which belongs to Arosa. To get to Arosa it's a 7min drive or 1 train stop. The train station is only a couple minutes walk away, and it takes you to the bottom of the Weisshorn cable car valley station or the middle of Arosa town, where you can find groceries stores and shops. The house is nicely situated with views over the valley including a nice waterfall and hiking paths.

Relaxation in the center of Davos

The cozy apartment on the first floor is in the center of Davos. Bus stop, indoor pool with wellness, congress center (WEF), shopping, ice rink and much more are within walking distance. The Jakobshorn and Parsenn ski resorts can be reached in 3 minutes by free bus. In the apartment there is a high-quality folding bed in the size 180 x 200 cm. The kitchen has a stovetop, oven, Nespresso coffee maker, kettle and much more.

House with gym and sauna for 3-12 people

House in Walenstadtberg. The accommodation can be used by 3 to 11 people. Experience a unique, spacious and family-friendly accommodation 200 m² with sauna and gym. Private house with fantastic views of the Swiss mountains. Different designed rooms await you. The large, open kitchen has a cozy dining area. The beautiful lounge with excellent mountain views makes breakfast, lunch or dinner a unique experience.

Vacation home "cozy"

The cozy, small but fine 2-room apartment is located on the sunny slope in Luzein in the beautiful Prättigau. Ideal for couples or 3 uncomplicated people. We provide a fully equipped kitchen-living room as well as a laundry room for drying ski clothes, shoes, etc. If you want, you can also use the washing machine. Internet TV and WiFi are provided free of charge.
