We thank Georgina for this wonderful house! Sen il Bot is very well thought out, clearly and cleanly divided, inviting you to relax and enjoy! The surroundings are stunningly quiet and the view is fantastic! The weather accompanies you throughout the day and the view of the clouds and the sky is pure joy.

The house was huge and had everything we needed. A nice touch was the rice cooker which is hard to come by. Will definitely visit again if I’m in the area. This is the most value for money house that we rented in Switzerland. Giuseppe was always responsive and this is important especially if guests are already in the house and needed help.

Stayed for a week in May with our 3 teenage kids, the whole family enjoyed the breathtaking views, the traditional Swiss feel, lots of local adventures We will all miss the sounds of the cow bells 😍 already planning a winter trip back, Nicole was a wonderful host and we couldn’t have wished for more

We had a wonderful stay in the very well-equipped house. The sauna and the cooling pool were especially nice.

It was a beautiful place with spectacular views. The house and greenhouse have a unique charm, especially with horses nearby, adding to the peaceful and scenic atmosphere. The layout was very well thought out, and the host was friendly and incredibly helpful. He took the time to explain the plants and gave us a personal tour of the greenhouse, which I really appreciated as I was genuinely interested. We’ve never stayed anywhere like this before—it was a memorable and special experience.

I have so many good things to say about this place. Philip was incredibly kind and helpful. The place was stunning, the pictures don’t do it justice. It is peaceful and walkable and everywhere you look is beautiful. The place is cozy and super clean, I loved opening the windows and just staring out at the view. I would recommend this place to anyone!!

We had a great stay at Julia‘s place. The house is located very private with a perfect view over the lake!

We are completely happy and absolutely enjoyed the week in the charming, cozy apartment! The garden is the crowning glory! Our dog and we would have liked to stay longer:-) Thank you for the wonderful time, we will be happy to come back!

Great accommodation, even more beautiful than in the photos. We particularly enjoyed the beautiful terrace. Elisabeth and Andreas were great hosts, friendly and very accommodating. In the refrigerator, we even found chilled local beer, eggs from their own small farm and homemade jam, which could be bought at a local price. We will be happy to come back!

We had a few wonderful days at Gerhard and Conny's, who both greeted us very nicely. The apartment was clean and above all well equipped. Everything important (e.g. toilet paper, sponges, etc.) is available and does not have to be bought. We also found the apartment immediately, thanks to the great description.

Great location with lake view. Bathing beach nearby as well as playground. The apartment is very clean. Good location for nearby excursion destinations. Steven was always helpful and responds quickly. Gladly again.

I was on site for 4 days and I was able to actively and very well recover. The area is intoxicating. I focused exclusively on hiking. I will bring the bike with me on my next visit - there are also many beautiful possibilities. The only thing to note is that the summer season only starts on 7/5/25. I was there in June, which means that many mountain railways and restaurants were still closed. I had the hiking trails all to myself.

Was at the sporting event in Rapperswil. The accommodation is close to the train station, where you can go in all directions. Optimal. The accommodation is very quiet. Everything was fine. Thank you, Jana and many nice guests.

We were able to enjoy 3 very nice days with the lovely hosts. After a friendly welcome and a thorough check-in, we were well informed about the accommodation and all the possibilities. Our family of 5 used Nicole's place in Unterterzen as a home base to visit Switzerland. The apartment was clean, larger than we expected based on the pictures and description, and easily walkable to the train station and grocery store. The kitchen was very well appointed compared to other Airbnb's. The lake and surroundings are grogeous, with easily walkable paths and is close to the Gondola up to Flumersberg and the ferry to other cities around the lake. Everything at the apartment was operational and instructions from Nicole for checkin / checkout were very clear. Nicole was responsive to any questions and needs. We very much enjoyed our stay in Unterterzen and had many memorable experiences we will carry for the rest of our lives.

The apartment was exactly like the pictures. It was easy to find, very comfortable and spotlessly clean.

Large apartment that is well furnished with a kitchen, dishwasher and washer/dryer. The neighbourhood is also very quiet - all we could hear were birds chirping. We also appreciated the clear instructions given by Raphael and Dianna. Overall, this is a perfect place to stay if you want to explore the Appenzell region!

Beautiful apartment located right on the water. This was an amazing experience for my family. Had everything we needed and the beds were very comfy! We had an amazing time! Kitchen had everything we needed to cook. Amazing views and excellent location.
