Since fall 2019, the cottage has been shining above Flims at 1500 meters above sea level. During construction, great attention was paid to quality, regionality and above all longevity, as well as attention to detail – these are the ingredients that make our cottage so unique! The fantastic location promises a lot of peace and quiet all year round, ski-in and ski-out in winter as well as in summer, hiking or bike tours right on your doorstep far away from the hustle and bustle and noise. The chalet is located at 750 m above sea level. M. above Schwyz, directly below the beautiful local mountain Mythen. It is a more than 200-year-old homeland protection house in its original condition with a lot of charm and Swiss history. High above the valley, you have magnificent views of the mountains and the valley, especially at sunrise and sunset. The place exudes calm and positive energy. Since there are no neighbors, you enjoy privacy and absolute peace and quiet. Perfect for unwinding and recharging.

5 rooms available, about 120 m2, homy and relaxing area. Two floors and 4 bed rooms. 1 bathroom and 1 separate toilette. Bed linen and bath towels are all available and included in the price. There is a 30 m2 terrasse/platform in front of the house with an amazing view to Laax, Vally and the mountains. The house is good for couples, solo adventurers, groups and families (with kids). We have two baby beds, high chair and a basket full of toys available for families with kids. You are welcome!

This Newly renovated cottage is situated in the beautiful Mountains over looking the Walensee, with spectacular views of the Churfirsten. Transport is recommended , but its just a 10min walk down Oberterzen, where you find the cable car to go up to Flumserberg ski resort. (Ski in or out, only when there is enough snow) Or a 5 min drive down to Unterterzen where there is great swimming in Summer, other Restaurants, Supermarket, Bank, Post office, Train station, etc. We have a no pet policy

It is also a great starting point for walks, bike excursions or celebrations such as birthdays, bachelor and bachelorette parties, Team building, etc.
