The house was massively renovated in spring 2021 and equipped with a solar system. The house is ideal for family reunions or with friends.

On the 2nd floor there are 3 bedrooms, whereby one bedroom is a passageway for the bedroom behind it. We are renting out a new, refurbished studio on the ground floor of our house in Sarmenstorf. It is situated in a small village in the countryside between Zurich and Lucerne. Nearby is a beautiful lake (Hallwilersee) and many other interesting sights. It is easily accessible by train / bus or by car (free parking available). There are shops situated in the village.
