David's home in the Guerneville redwoods was a magical place for a solo retreat. The beauty and attention to detail was wonderful - from the art to the amenities to the guidebook! David was very responsive and kind in his communications. Would stay again.

This is a charming place, beautifully kept with lovely furnishings. We really enjoyed the well appointed kitchen as we cooked every day. The yard and gardens are beautifully kept, peaceful and serene. Oranges growing right outside the house! We were in town for a wedding, and Santa Rosa is right in the middle of so many enjoyable things to do. We hiked on the CCT out past Bodega Bay, enjoyed restaurants in Healdsburg, visited the redwoods and shopped at the Barlow in Sebastopol. Thank you Cheryl for sharing your lovely home. We had a fabulous time!

We absolutely loved our stay at the cottage! The hosts, Lynn and John, were friendly and welcoming. We brought our baby and they left out a booster seat, child plates/bowls, toys, and made up the crib for him! We were able to do a barrel tasting, which was fantastic! We loved the hot tub and the garden. Wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy the corn hole and fire pit! Will have to come back!

What a beautiful place to stay! It has everything you need and is steps away from Sonoma Plaza , full of fun shopping and dining! The host was so nice and everything was very clear and easy. We will definitely be back!

My family and I had an enjoyable weekend stay at Peter’s cottage. The location was beautiful and home was cozy. The kitchen had everything we needed and I appreciated a clean porta-crib that was provided.

Mama K's place was absolutely stunning, quiet and serene. The pictures don't do it justice, it's so much more beautiful in person. Neighborhood is quiet, and there is a ton of wildlife. We loved seeing deer, bald eagles, quail, fox, and more every morning! The hot tub was a beautiful experience at night, as you can see all the stars. The property itself is so thoughtfully made. All the decor is beautiful, her garden makes the entire place smell amazing and she has a ton of amenities for the river including paddle boards, canoes and kayaks. The first morning we took the canoe out, we saw a bald eagle taking a bath right in the river! This also happens to be one of the cleanest airbnbs we've stayed in, and that's with it being pet friendly. Our labrador Dodge loved the entire property, and swimming every chance he got. Don't forget to visit Sophie's Wine Cellar in town! We will be back!

We had a great time at The Cottage. It is well described in the listing, the place is a great place to chill and enjoy, especially the patio. It has everything you need (the listing mentions no stove but between all the other amenities and grill you can cook most things), is clean and very comfortable. The continental breakfast and cooking basics is a nice touch. We really liked our time there.

Our group of three stayed here for a night to enjoy a vineyard experience before making our way to Yosemite. The cottage was clean and well maintained and the hosts were extremely responsive.

We had a wonderfully relaxing stay at Dennis and Dan’s amazing cottage! The view was amazing and the beach less than a 5 mins walk away. We walked down to the beach for long walks with our dogs twice daily, they had a ball! It’s wonderful to be able to let your dogs run off leash on a beach, there are so few places in CA that you can. We had planned on venturing out but found ourselves glued to the deck people watching, listening to the waves and chilling out. The cottage was immaculate! We’ve never stayed in a place that is so well stocked with everything you could possibly need. The hosts have literally thought of everything! We couldn’t leave without first booking for next year.

I had the very BEST stay at Mark's place! Everything about the stay was magical - the cottage was quaint and lovely, surrounded by redwoods. Mark's hospitality was of the very best I have seen...he was so kind, helpful and caring and lovely to talk with during the stay. He cares so much and wants to make sure his guests have the best experience. And wow the baked goods are incredible! This was the best mini retreat I could have imagined..I will definitely be back!

This cottage was lovely! The beds and linens were clean, comfortable, and well appointed. Everything was welcoming and cozy. Gorgeous fresh cut flowers were all around along with a gift of delicious local cheese, fresh fruit and crackers. And there were even treats for the dog. The kitchen and the espresso and coffee makers were perfect. The host was amazing, kind, thoughtful, and responsive. Such a clean, well kept, cozy, and tastefully decorated cottage. We enjoyed our stay very much, everything was perfect and as described…even better!

Love staying at the Harbor Cutie. Love, the fact that our cars can be behind the gate, we have the whole place to ourselves, the bay is directly across the street, and it’s the last house on the road. The town is small and cute, but there are restaurants, grocery stores, and many sites to see. Our host, Jodie, is awesome. She responds quickly. She is ready to help us with anything we need and she’s very sweet. We have stayed there twice now and I’m looking for more stays in the future. Thank you Jodie

The school house was more than we could have ever expected. It took our breath away the second we pulled up to the property. The kids loved walking up the long drive way and exploring the tree grove. Everywhere we looked there was something even more beautiful to discover. The house itself was stocked and cozy. We felt at home immediately. The Moonrise Cottage is beautiful. It is just as the pictures show. Gorgeous, amazing views. Tasteful inside. Peaceful retreat. We loved it! We were lucky enough to see the 99% full moon rise from cottage. Something not to be missed! The woodstove was nice to have on the cold evenings. And even though it was cool, I couldn't resist an outdoor shower, which was great. Aaron was perfect about communicating with us, including a great guide to the area.

The location was perfect for exploring—close to the Russian River, Armstrong Redwoods, and not far from the coast. But honestly, just being able to relax in the quiet, surrounded by trees, was a gift in itself. We also really appreciated how warm and responsive you were throughout our stay. We really enjoyed our stay here. Rooms were clean and well appointed. Bed was comfortable. Hot tub chemistry was well maintained (not always the case). Best of all, such a great location for anything in Monte Rio. We were there to see a concert and could walk to the beach, to town, and to and from the event. And after the event, we could sit out in the backyard in the hot tub under the beautiful redwoods (which were nicely lit) in the evening. Great spot. Would recommend and will stay there again if we ever have reason to be in Monte Rio. Plus Tom was very communicative as a host which I appreciate.

This Airbnb was a great home base - extremely well furnished, clean, and a beautiful setup with lovely outdoor space. We were thrilled with our choice and had so much fun watching our kids explore the backyard while we lounged and took in the trees.

We arrived during a black-out of electricity. Cindy, our hosted, made us feel welcomed and assisted with genuine care of our concerns. We felt welcomed and cared for. The property was charming and it made us feel like we were truly in the country. Each cottage was detached--so no neighbors to listen through walls. Many thoughtful amenities throughout and the continental breakfast had quite a few options, including Oat Milk for those that cannot have dairy product. Great place to stay!
