Our stay in the Laurelwood Condos was great! We had everything we needed, the condo was clean and very nice. It’s a convenient spot for staying/skiing at Snowmass. We were easily able to access the slopes from behind the condo complex. I’m saving this place to stay at again.

We had agreat stay! Brandon was a wonderful host, very communicative and accommodating. Our group was two couples with two toddlers, and they provided a pack and play and sleds for the kids which we really enjoyed! He was very responsive to any questions we had. The condo is adorable and very comfortable. It was right next to a park which the kids really enjoyed. The only thing I would offer to future guests is it’s not super baby friendly for toddler age children (with the spiral staircase and open railing upstairs), but overall we had a wonderful stay and would definitely visit again!

We had a summer event in Vail to attend, and stayed in Avon for some lower prices. The town is amazing and beautiful, perfect for the kids (4&1). The condo was in walking distance to a stunning lake, rec center with great pools, and backs right up to a creek. It was a wonderful home base for a long weekend. The condo had everything we needed - place for a pack-n-play, nice beds and smart TVs, we were able to eat a few meals at the condo, and go out for some others. Karen was extremely responsive and the instructions were very clear.

Great host. Loved the location. I would really only encourage 2 people to stay here not 4. The pull out sleeper couch (in keeping with most sleeper couches) is very uncomfortable and the bathroom is accessed through the bedroom so if you’re staying with 2 couples for instance you have to go into the other couples bedroom to use the facilities. Just something I think would be good for more than 2 people considering staying here should know. All things aside we had a great stay and it’s a great location. Thanks!

The place is nice and very spacious. Everything matches with the description but minor maintenances may be needed such as uneven wooden floor for some small area, and one of the toilet is leaking.

Me and my friends stayed for the weekend for a little friends getaway. The place was super clean and had no trouble checking in. We had a great time staying there, definitely recommended if your looking for a small space to stay.

We had a fantastic stay here in Avon! The host was very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. They also had a crib and a high chair for us which made travelling with our little one very easy! Highly recommend!

Perfect Ski Getaway – Amazing Location & Amenities! I had an incredible stay at this Airbnb! The location was absolutely perfect, just minutes away from the ski resort, making it super convenient to hit the slopes. The balcony was amazing, offering stunning views that made for the perfect spot to relax after a long day with a grill to make an amazing dinner after a long day. The place itself was spacious, well-equipped, and had all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully set up to make guests feel right at home. Plenty of room for everyone, and the host was great with communication. Would definitely stay here again—highly recommend for anyone looking for the perfect ski retreat! ⛷️

Beautiful home that's very close to the village and private covered parking. You're right along the highway, so expect some road noise at night. We didn't have a great time with the internet situation, it speed tests fine, but I was unable to even send emails without errors and daughter had problems playing anything requiring internet on her tablet at night. TV streaming worked fine. Odds are you're not here for the internet, everything else was amazing. Thanks!

Adorable little bungalow in the heart of Leadville. Couch was very comfortable and we loved the murals on the bedroom walls. Very clean bathroom with fresh towels, and the kitchen had everything we needed. There was even a doggie door and run for my cousin’s pup. The views are absolutely breathtaking and downtown has a ton of shops, restaurants and bars within a 2min drive or 10min walk. Perfect girls weekend. PS: you have to drive down an alley to get to the parking, which is plentiful. The instructions sent by Nadim were very clear, and we had plenty of parking for our truck and SUV.

great host very responsive. location is excellent ski in/out from condo. also is midpoint location of you want to go east for vail/copper/keyston/breckenridge/ab or head west for hotspring or ski snow mass and aspen if you like to hop around at different ski resorts. home is beautiful equipped with all high end furnitures and kitchen ware.. also clean and plenty of essential supplies for guests from tissue paper to toiletries... we travel alot this by far we found this host great with hospitality. thanks for hosting our family ski trip spring break 2025

Our stay at Diane's condo in Avon was wonderful. Hearing the rush of the Eagle River outside and taking in the stunning views through the wall of windows was only bested by the beautifully appointed condo. We truly felt at home during our weeklong stay. Diane's attention to detail - from the discreet signage to the bottle of wine to welcome us - is unsurpassed. You can tell this is their second home and not just a rental property. You will be delighted with your stay...we definitely were!

A perfect place for our Family vacation

Perfect fit for our family. The fabulous bathrooms and kitchen amenities were amazing after the day's adventures on the mountain. We all slept like logs on spacious bedding. The home was relaxing and comfortable! We enjoyed nesting indoors as much as the spectacular outdoors. Everything is well stocked so you can pack light. The kids loved the easy to access private heated pool and hot tub located right outside the building. It's lightly chlorinated and just right. Our family were the only guests using it. We felt totally at home and enjoyed the private residence without hearing any noise from neighbors. Instructions for using the pool, garage, and local free public transportation made our stay easy. We didn't need to drive anywhere after arrival. Walking paths and the lake connect to the back yard. Restaurants, shops, and mountain sports are accessible on foot or the free Avon bus line stop a short walk from the front door.. Hosts were friendly and very helpful.

I highly recommend this conveniently located apartment. While it looks very convenient for winter activies, we found it very convenient in the summer. Clean and perfectly suited for a couple, I would recommend. The shower is great, the bedroom was quiet, and the living room is very easy to hang out in and relax.

Great experience! We went with an elder and an infant and the Zachary's place worked great for us. It is close do the Snowmass Mall, where we could rent equipment and ski in and out with good infrastructure around us to accommodate. It is also close to the bus station so we could explore other mountains with no issue. The view from the house is stunning and it had all the ammenities we needed to cook meals and relax at the house. Highly recommended!
