Cabin holiday rentals in Glenwood Springs

We recently stayed at Jay’s place in Alma for a ski trip, and we had the best time. The accommodation was perfect and, honestly, one of the best Airbnbs I have ever stayed in. The level of detail he’s put into all the little things makes for such an exceptional stay. Would recommend this to anyone wanting a nice, cozy stay away from the noise but close to the ski field.

Our group of 8 had a wonderful time on our week stay. The house is located in a beautiful spot close to Breckenridge skiing and FairPlay fishing, and the community around it are some of the nicest people I have ever met! Truly an amazing experience!

Mark & Nancy were on top of everything before we got to the cabin. From vehicle recommendations to all of the info we needed to get in. The airbnb was stocked with everything we needed along with fun card and board games to keep everyone entertained. One couple on the trip even got engaged at the top of the hill right by the airbnb with the beautiful mountains in the background! 10/10 would recommend.

We had a wonderful time in Brekenridege. Fritz's place was gorgeous. From the fireplace (and supplied wood) to the fire pit by the stream, the hot tub, the toiletries, the beautiful glasswear, pots and pans, it has anything you would ever need. It was as if it was my own house, fully stocked with every necessity. Thank you!!! It was fun seeing Momma Fox come up the stairs and cross the stream hunting for her little kits. Thank you for a beautiful stay!!

This place is amazing, so peaceful and relaxing. I would definitely recommend staying here for a weekend get away!!

Our family had an amazing time and thoroughly enjoyed our cabin stay. We celebrated my son’s birthday and Mother’s Day together. My son always likes to go on a trip/experience for his birthday and this was the cabin he chose. Picturesque views. Weather was great. The cabin really helps you feel right at home while soaking up the relaxation. We really had a great time.

We selected this cabin for a two-night family getaway with our two adult children to get away and just enjoy a relaxing weekend with family. We got exactly that. Anna contacted us well before our check-in to give us the information we needed to settle into the cabin quickly. The cabin was bright and welcoming, and the views from the dining room table and deck were great. The kitchen was well stocked with all the kitchen utensils to prepare a family meal, and lots of extra kitchen goodies that you almost felt like you were in your own kitchen. We enjoyed many the morning sun and stargazing on the deck. Very peaceful. The hot tub and roasting smores on the lower deck was a great way to cap off our stay. It was an all-around great cabin for hospitality, welcoming and comfortable accommodations, and just the right setting to get away from the hustle and bustle.

The cabin was very comfortable and well-designed, and I especially loved the quirky artwork. The kitchen was small but very functional. The only warning I'd give is not to underestimate the elevation! Going straight from sea level to stay at 10,674 feet was maybe a bit rash, and I did have a pretty bad headache for the entire trip sadly.

Stayed here with 6 people total and everyone was very comfortable. Tara provided helpful instructions and was always responsive to any questions I had. The property requires a gate code and has very little traffic once off the main road. Kitchen was spacious and the loft bedroom upstairs was super cool. We got snowed on pretty good our first night so we were very glad to be able to use the fireplace at the home! The place was very clean and couldn’t have been happier with our stay.

Conveniently located between the Colorado National Monument, beautiful wineries of Palisade, and the many shops and restaurants of Glenwood Springs. The wraparound deck was perfect for enjoying morning coffee and stargazing at night. The house had everything we could want and more while the host was extremely responsive and friendly. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway set in a breathtakingly beautiful setting.

Helena’s home in Fairplay was wonderful! It was incredibly clean and was great for our family. It was super kid friendly which was great! The gate at the top of the stairs was perfect to help contain our 18 month old and both our kids had so much fun playing on the playground in the backyard. The views off the back porch are amazing! We really enjoyed our stay and would love to stay there again.

My sister stayed here and loved it! She enjoyed how peaceful it was and she even got to see moose and elk and other wildlife. It was the highlight of her stay!

We stayed here for our wedding, and we could not be happier with our stay. We had everything we needed, and it was a nice, quiet place to get away. A bit far from stores and restaurants, but we were prepared and loved to cook at the house. Scenery was beautiful, I loved waking up to the mountain sunrise every morning. Very very pleased with the experience working with Karla. Karla came to the rescue last minute as a fellow host. My property ended up double booked somehow at the last minute and Karla's property was in the area. On short notice, she was able to pick up my double booking so everybody had a place to stay at night. I'm thrilled with how this worked out and would gladly send other guests Karla's way in the future.

Unmatched stargazing! We’re regular visitors & the location can’t be beat! Secluded with tons of hiking yet close enough to nearby towns/amenities. Cute, quaint home with all the charm! Cozy indoor fireplace & inviting décor. Views & back patio are so nice to have! We saw fox (beware they may come right up to you and the front door!) AND moose right in the yard! Nice amenities for a small home. Enjoyed the second living area with a TV, leaving the main one for gathering and enjoying the views. Kitchen has basics – need to bring oil, spices, foil/parchment paper, etc. if cooking/baking. RO water system is VERY nice to have, especially in the dry climate! Home was very clean and nicely updated. Be aware we’re very familiar with this area and spiders are a common occurrence in the Summer. They easily slip through the cracks in these older homes. We LOVED the cedar hot tub – so nice! The turf and stepping stones on the first level patio are a nice touch. Great stay, friendly hosts.

Peaceful and beautiful setting! We enjoyed the gorgeous location and the main level was lovely. Really enjoyed the kids toys and video games, treehouse , sunrise and sunset, and kitchen had all we needed! Jennifer was very responsive

We absolutely loved the home and property- very peaceful and relaxing. Just what we needed! We enjoyed the hot tub every day and the large fire pit. We enjoyed lunch at Mesa Lakes Lodge and hiking around the many lakes. Thanks so much for sharing your home with us and helping us celebrate our anniversary!

The view from the deck is unbelievable. The photos truly do not do it justice. We loved waking up to the lake and mountains. Truly breathtaking. The whole space is comfortable and there is lots to do nearby. We went down to historic Twin Lakes for some gift shopping (seems to only be open in the summer season) and to play at the lake. There are many different places to sit along the shoreline, but our favorite was Deception Point. We also enjoyed dinner in Leadville, which is about 25 minutes away. We loved this spot and would come back!

We had a really nice stay at the cabin. Perfect for a family of 4. The place is very modern, stylish and very clean. Great kitchen!! It’s not walkable to anything but the drive to town is 5 mins and I liked the separation. There is some road noise due to the proximity to the highway but it really didn’t bother us and there were great white noise machines in the bedrooms that worked like a charm. I loved the deck and the fire table for sitting out in the evenings. And the kids enjoyed the hot tub. You really cannot go wrong with this place if you plan to spend a few days in Glenwood Springs.

Our stay at LeeAnn’s cabin was absolutely wonderful! From the moment we arrived, we felt at home. LeeAnn was such a thoughtful and kind host, always checking in to make sure everything was perfect for us. The cabin itself was cozy, comfortable, and had everything we needed to enjoy our time there. We made beautiful memories visiting Aspen multiple times and taking in the breathtaking views at Maroon Bells. The park nearby, where we could BBQ, was also a fantastic spot, and we even made a memorable trip to Vail. One of the highlights of our last night was LeeAnn’s warm suggestion to take in the night sky the stars were stunning and made for an unforgettable close to our stay. I can’t recommend this place enough for anyone looking to experience a warm, welcoming stay in such a beautiful area. Thank you, LeeAnn, for everything we’ll always cherish this trip!

This is a beautiful cabin and location, private and lovely surroundings. Kitchen has everything you need, great stove, and outside grill. Gorgeous patio with a firepit. The outdoor shower is wonderful - plenty of warm/hot water, and the views are lovely. The outhouse is very close and clean - no odor at all. You can see and hear the Thompson Creek from the cabin, and the hiking options are plentiful. The bedroom loft is cozy, and the bed is comfy. If you want to unplug and relax, this is a perfect place. Close enough to explore Carbondale, Redstone, Marble, and Aspen and beautiful, comfortable, and peaceful enough to stay where you are. Besides the charm of the cabin and location, the hosts stand out for their responsiveness, hospitality, and great love for the property and its history.

I have stayed in a lot of airbnbs, this one is gorgeous. Even saw a moose from the deck.
