I loved this place. It was very spacious and clean. I was so happy to have the private balcony...loved being able to go outside without needing to prepare to go out. 😁 There was a little glitch with check-in, but Elizabeth was immediately available to take care of it. I would definitely book with her again!

We just returned home from a wonderful three night stay. The community was beautiful, and the staff were very friendly. Planning on making this a return spot the next time we're in town!

Beautiful accomodations and absolutely worth it! Location is perfect and central to everything in Williamsburg. There is no haggle by the time share staff in fact they are super friendly and very accommodating. Elizabeth was a great host and went above and beyond to help in extending our stay a couple extra days when we needed it! We will be using her again for our stays!

Tara and Brendan are excellent hosts who handled everything professionally and promptly. After booking, I was upgraded to a different unit, so I can’t say much about this one specifically, but I highly recommend working with Tara.

Place was awesome, just wish I could have got downstairs for my mom who had a knee problem. But Todd's place is great. Will stay again!

We loved Steven's place. This is not a bad review as we loved the unit. There are 2 things, I would like to mention I wish I knew before I booked that unit was on the second floor as people in our group had some difficulty managing the stairs. This next one really has nothing to do with the beautiful unit. It has to do with parking for the pool. The whole complex is built on a hill. So we had to take the car down to use pool. Just wish the had more parking for that.

The only thing that I did not expect when I initially booked this accommodation was the “sales pitch” for time share. This was communicated to me just before arrival. But overall great stay. The suite was pristine and very comfortable. Lovely pool, fire pit and hot tub which we thoroughly enjoyed.

Loved the two bedroom, two bath condo. It was perfect for my mother in law to stay with us. Enjoyed the heated pool with our grandkids. Everyone had a great stay. We even grilled steaks for dinner one night by the pool. Thanks Steve.

Ahmet's place was perfect. It was *incredibly* clean! You cannot beat the location for anything you want to do in Williamsburg and the surrounding areas. The grounds themselves have a lot to offer, too. You'll also get ample parking, comfy beds, plenty of kitchen tools if you want to cook, as well as great restaurants in the area. Really, a perfect place for a family vacation, weekend getaway, or if you just need a place to stay in the area. Ahmet was super nice and responsive, too.

I’d recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in the area!! It’s a great price for all that comes with it. Spacious rooms and lots of amenities. There’s also very friendly front desk staff to help with anything you may need during your stay. Ryan is also super responsive and helpful! He made sure we had the information we needed to make check in as seamless as possible.

We had an amazing experience at this lovely condo in Williamsburg! The place was spotless, spacious, and very well-maintained—just like the pictures. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, and the beds were super comfortable. It truly felt like a home away from home. The location was ideal—close to Colonial Williamsburg, Busch Gardens, and lots of great restaurants and shops. It was the perfect base for exploring all the history and charm the area has to offer. Our host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, providing clear instructions and thoughtful touches that made our stay even better. We especially appreciated the local recommendations and the quick communication. I highly recommend this condo to anyone visiting the area. We would definitely stay here again!

We loved your place for our family ! The space is wonderful big and met all our needs ! Having 3 showers for our family of 5 was amazing after sweating all day in the park !

The grounds were really beautiful and well-maintained. Great location and Brooke is fantastic to work with. Great midway point between Busch Gardens as well as Colonial Williamsburg/Merchant Square.

I actually made this reservation for my son and his friends so I actually did not see it but my son said it was nice. The only thing was there was a surprise $250 security deposit due when they got there. They said it would be returned 3-5 days after the trip.

My family and I was so comfortable and it felt just like home. Would recommend to anyone !

Perfect for our family of 6! Both areas were nice and the beds were comfortable. The kitchen was clean and tidy. The bathrooms were spacious!

Family of 7 including a toddler stayed here. Flexible about adjoining rooms. Great to take walks in between a busy schedule. Very conveniently located to campus with lots of close food options.

Ryan’s place was great! Super convenient to all of the local attractions. We stayed for a weekend lacrosse tournament at Warhill sports complex and this location was perfectly located to grab snacks, drinks, and what not on the way to and from the games. There were five in our party, two adults and three kids under thirteen. There was way more than enough space for us to spread out and we travel pretty heavy on the gear. We stayed on the ground floor and could hear the upstairs neighbors walking around. Not a deal breaker for us but if you have light sleepers or infants you may want to ask for an upstairs unit. Overall, we would definitely stay at Ryan’s place again. For us, it was a 5 star experience.

Steve’s is exactly as described. Easy communication with Steve and the front desk at the property made checking in seamless.
