Complete equipment (kitchen and bathroom), large corner sofa and bed make the apartment great for a couple or family. Extra beds allow more people to stay.

In close proximity there are cross-country skiing trails, the teaching path "On the slopes of Żukowa", ski lifts: Gromadzyń, Laworta and Wańkowa, the dam in Solin, and many other tourist attractions. The house has 3 rooms, a living room with an open kitchen, a fireplace, a bathroom, a garage, a terrace, a garden tub with hot or cool water, and a fire pit with benches. For the little ones - a playground.
