That's why only six houses are located on a large area at comfortable distances for guests. The glass in the living room and the spacious terrace provides unique views regardless of the time of day or year (the houses have a fireplace and central heating). The shared area consists of extensive lawn areas and a vegetable garden.

The place is located in the center – peace and simplicity await you. Near the apartment there is a promenade stretching along the shore of the lake. It is a perfect place for walking and cycling. A great place for active recreation and contact with nature. There are numerous pubs and restaurants by the lake, open all year round, serving traditional Masurian dishes. There is also a pub on the water. Near the apartment there is a beach, indoor tennis courts, water equipment rental.

The apartment is located in the Villa Park facility, right next to the promenade running along Lake Ełk. Villa Park is fenced, guarded 24/7, and monitored. The apartment is on the 3rd floor, there is an elevator, it is close to restaurants and the city center. The price includes a parking space in the garage. In addition, two bicycles are available to guests. Great place for remote work (fast Wi-Fi available). Great place to relax. I offer airport transfer for a fee.

A Scandinavian-style wooden house, simple and functional, located on an island surrounded by a pond. A very quiet and peaceful place away from the hustle and bustle. An additional attraction is the breeding of donkeys, which roam freely around the property (you can feed them carrots :). The cottage is heated by a fireplace. Private booking is possible. Although the building is directly adjacent to the owners' house, we have taken special care to ensure the privacy of our guests and a peaceful and comfortable stay. Privacy is a great value to us.
