Guests appreciate the peaceful surroundings and the short walk to the lake. Perfect for relaxing and exploring the beautiful Salzkammergut region, ideal for hiking and swimming. The apartment is on the ground floor with its own entrance, so there are no stairs. Private parking is next to the apartment, and guests can enjoy a small garden arbor.

In the immediate vicinity (about 200 to 300 m) separated only by the waterfront road, there are two public swimming facilities that can be reached on foot or by bike. You can also borrow two bicycles for free to actively explore the surrounding area.

Lake Wolfgang can be reached on foot in just 5 minutes (Abersee natural beach). The bike ferry to St. Wolfgang is in the immediate vicinity. Ideal location for water sports, hiking, biking, climbing, paragliding, skiing and Christmas market. Salzburg and Hallstatt can each be reached in 40min by car.
