Our two apartments are located at Anton-v.-Satori-Straße 1 in 4810 Gmunden and are therefore right in the heart of Gmunden, more precisely directly on the Graben, which, as well as the entire Gmundner old town, has numerous shops, cafes, bars and restaurants. Genießen Sie den traumhaften Blick auf den Traunsee und Traunstein. Die Lage ist ideal: nur 2 Gehminuten zur Esplanade, 5 Minuten zum Stadtplatz und ganz nah am Badeplatz und Schloss Orth. Perfekt, um Natur und Stadtflair zu verbinden – und ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für Erlebnisse zu Fuß, mit dem Rad 🚲 oder auf Ski. ⛷️

In a beautiful, quiet location on the eastern Traunsee shore is this cozy apartment with fantastic lake views, perfect for those seeking relaxation and active vacationers. A small public swimming area is a 4-minute walk away. Hiking and cycling trails are right at your doorstep, and the valley station of the Grünberg cable car can be reached in a 10-minute walk. The city center can be reached in about 25 minutes on foot or a few minutes by bike via a beautiful path along the lake.

Our chalet in the orchard offers the ideal conditions for a relaxing and restful as well as eventful vacation. Whether a family vacation is on the agenda, you just want to enjoy the peace and sun or want to be really active in sports: everyone gets their money's worth with us! We are Bernadette and Sebastian from Aicherhof and are looking forward to having you here with us and giving you a little insight into our diverse everyday life!

The 40 square meter apartment has just been renovated. It is on the second floor directly next to the river Traun and includes a free parking spot right in front of the house. It is less than 10 minutes on foot to the Gmunden town square. You can swim in the calm river, start your hike straight from the house and in winter quickly reach various ski resorts by car (Kasberg 25 minutes, Feuerkogel 20 minutes, Gosau 50 minutes).

Diese liebevoll gestaltete Maisonette mit überdachter Terrasse und großem Balkon wurde 2022 komplett neu errichtet und bietet dir alles, was du für einen unvergesslichen Aufenthalt in den Bergen brauchst. Die Wohnung befindet sich im Zentrum von Obertraun in unmittelbarer Nähe zum malerischen Hallstättersee sowie dem Einstieg in das Dachstein-Krippenstein Skigebiet und ist auch bequem per Bahn erreichbar.

The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. No car necessary, right at the lake or on the mountain. All shops are within walking distance. Free parking is available on weekends. With the beautiful 60 m² sun terrace, you can enjoy the evenings.
