Welcome to our newly built house – a close to nature oasis with sauna, fireplace and unbeatable views of the lake and Järvsö ski slopes! No matter the season, this is the perfect accommodation for those who love the outdoors and relaxation. Swimming jetty with rowing boat just below the house. Bicycle and hiking trails around the corner. In the winter when the ice is located, you go to the ski slope in 10 minutes or take the car on 3. Free electric car charging. The house has 3 bedrooms (6 beds) kitchen, 1 bathroom and is our little paradise! Outdoor furniture & outdoor shower May-Sept.

Welcome, here you have a cheap home with a private entrance, bathroom with shower and a kitchenette with everything you need to cook simpler meals. Are you interested in travel? You live right next to Bergsåker's racetrack. There is a bus stop about 100m from the property. These run every 20 minutes and it takes about 15 min to Sundsvall city center and stops outside Mitt University on the way. If you have a car, you are free in the parking lot belonging to the house. Cleaning, bed linens and towels are included in the rental rate rate.

Fantastic cottage right next to the lake. Sauna, hot tub and boat with engine. Long jetty by the beach and the swimming pit in the water. The cottage is in an area with 7 cottages but completely separated from neighbors. 5 minutes from E4. There is a 10-minute drive from the cabin. The cabin does not have electricity or running water. Fresh water is supplied during the stay with water containers Gas stove with oven and gas fridge. The hot tub available Easter Oct. Water hot tub ok to use during Easter-october.

Huset har fullt utrustat kök och diskmaskin, kyl och frys, badrum med dusch och toalett. Huset har ett sovrum med ställbara sängar och kök/vardagsrum med bäddsoffa och ett loft med två madrasser. Relax with the whole family in this peaceful home. Which is close to nature but also centrally located in Söråker. It is a completely newly built cottage with high standard standard. One bedroom with 180 cm comfortable double bed and one room with a 120 cm comfortable single bed. We have a nice sofa bed that will be 140 cm wide where you can sleep two as well. Wifi is available and a nice bathroom with shower and both washing machine and dryer.

Enjoyed a peaceful 3 months in this wonderful cabin. The location is incredibly beautiful, surrounded by lots of nature and situated right by the lake. Joakim and Beatrice were perfectly helpful and informative right throughout the stay and they made settling in a breeze, couldn't have asked for better hosts. The cabin itself is modern, warm and cozy and has all the essentials you need with amazing views across the lake towards the nature reserve. Highly recommend Joakim & Beatrice and their cabin. 5 stars all round!

A beautiful, old cabin, full of character and in a wonderfully peaceful location. Tolga and Owe were brilliantly supportive throughout and answered all of our messages in super quick time. We loved our stay, and we are already desperate to go back.
