There is a washing machine, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a hanging shower. There is a kitchen/living room with access to your terrace and an open seating area overlooking our well-maintained gardens. In this house, 2 people can sleep in the bedroom and 2 people can sleep on the two sofas in the lounge.

It is a villa built in 2023, fully furnished with modern furniture, with its own pool and garden, and also a jacuzzi. It has a peaceful environment for the family, and we have a high chair and a park bed for your babies.

We have 6 bungalows and 1 shared pool on a 3500 sqm plot. We are in the center of Kayaköy. Places where you can meet your basic needs such as grocery stores and greengrocers are within walking distance. The old Greek houses are within a 5-minute walking distance.
