Idyllically located apartment in the countryside. Great starting point for various cycling tours around the Lower Rhine. Beautiful old mansion's house from 1870 was lovingly restored and modernized where needed. The apartment is located on the ground floor. In the summer you can enjoy the peace and atmosphere in the outdoor area. In the immediate vicinity is the nuclear water wonderland, the historic city centre of Kalkar, the Moyland Castle, the Roman city of Xanten and the Anholt Castle.

Vacation home in Goch-Kessel

A beautiful apartment in Goch-Kessel. In the immediate vicinity are the "Haus am See" [Lake House], a SAMsDIVING diving base, the beautiful Graefenthal Abbey, a nature reserve with several lakes and forest. On the Niers you can ride canoe and dinghy. The "GochNess" leisure pool with swimming pool and sauna area with access to the lake can be reached in 10-15 minutes on foot. The apartment is about 50 square meters. There is a living/sleeping area, an equipped kitchen and a bathroom.

Ospere

The house with approx. 120 square meters of living space is located in a traffic-calmed street in the village center of Asperden (old German: Ospere) near Goch and only 3 km from the Dutch border. If you want to relax, this is the place for you. This is the place to slow down, cook together, play and enjoy mild summer evenings on the terrace. It is also the perfect base for cycling and hiking tours on the Lower Rhine, discoveries in the border region and festivals in the surrounding.

Light and spacious, with over 50m2, there is plenty of room for a luxurious stay for 2 people. Kitchen, room, bathroom, separate toilet and bedroom are all new and luxurious. We have furnished the independent studio with high-quality materials. Just as you would like it at home. Although we do not serve breakfast, we always provide a refrigerator filled with some drinks, butter, yogurt/quark, eggs, jam. There are also cereals, oil/vinegar, sugar, coffee and tea.

Apartment in the countryside (Wesel-Bislich)

The beautiful bright apartment is surrounded by fields on the outskirts of Bislich. Completely renovated at the end of 2018, the apartment has underfloor heating and contains a fully equipped new kitchen with dishwasher and a new bathroom. The bedrooms are equipped with laminate floors, all other living areas with large tiles. The furniture is chosen with a lot of love for detail and exudes a warm atmosphere. A private terrace (with barbecue) is also available.

The apartment is on the first floor on a street with a bike path. From here, you are about 3.5 km from downtown Goch.

From here there are beautiful hiking and biking routes. This guesthouse has everything.... nice place to sleep with a good bed, private sanitary facilities possibility to cook and to sit outside. No. 24 is located 25 minutes by car from Nijmegen. Nearest supermarket at 3.5 kilometers.

Nothing stands in the way of relaxation in our cozy apartment. In the spacious living room, the sofa bed with extra topper is located. The bathroom has a walk-in shower and a bathtub. If you like to travel in nature, whether by bike, on foot or even sporty on the Niers, this is the place to be. For a trip with the sup on the Niers, we offer the entrance directly in the garden and if you don't have your own board, you can borrow one from us.
