Vacation home in Goch-Kessel

A beautiful apartment in Goch-Kessel. In the immediate vicinity are the "Haus am See" [Lake House], a SAMsDIVING diving base, the beautiful Graefenthal Abbey, a nature reserve with several lakes and forest. On the Niers you can ride canoe and dinghy. The "GochNess" leisure pool with swimming pool and sauna area with access to the lake can be reached in 10-15 minutes on foot. The apartment is about 50 square meters. There is a living/sleeping area, an equipped kitchen and a bathroom.

The house with approx. 120 square meters of living space is located in a traffic-calmed street in the village center of Asperden (old German: Ospere) near Goch and only 3 km from the Dutch border. If you want to relax, this is the place for you. This is the place to slow down, cook together, play and enjoy mild summer evenings on the terrace. Welcome to our cozy guesthouse in Malden, located in the vicinity of various forest and nature reserves such as the Mookerheide, Hatertse Vennen, Kraaijenbergse Plassen and the Reichswald. The center of Nijmegen is about a 15-minute drive away. A bus stop with a direct bus connection to Nijmegen Station and Radboud UMC is located 75 meters from our property. Various amenities, such as supermarket and restaurants, are in walking distance. Thermen Berendonck is a 14-minute drive away.

Vacations, trade fairs, business trips, small photo shoots (only on request), weekend getaways... Do you like the other, special things? Then we're on the same wavelength. The completely renovated Degenfabrik offers you an ambience that makes time run a little slower. Parking is available, 10 to 15 minutes to the city, various restaurants and shops, regional train connection. The sports facility is behind the house. In the same building we run an art gallery that can be visited.

The apartment is on the first floor on a street with a bike path. From here, you are about 3.5 km from downtown Goch.

In the barn of our historic farm from 1489, you sleep in the Wolhalla: a tiny house lined with wool from the Drenthe heath sheep. The bright, open space also has a dining table, lounge sofa, infrared sauna, designer bathtub and cooking area – perfect for relaxing and unwinding. Outside, you will find a fireplace with wood for slow cooking and a cold water bath for the ultimate cooling. A unique place where relaxation and inspiration come together.
