Questo è il primo dei due appartamenti che possono essere affittati singolarmente o occupando la totalità della villa. L’appartamento di circa 65 m² ospita tre adulti o due adulti e due bambini nel divano letto. Wi-Fi, televisori aria condizionata, caminetto, e soprattutto un’aria esterna incredibile.

Located in the heart of the historic center, a stone's throw from the central De Ferrari square, on the top floor of an ancient Genoese building, the attic, recently renovated, was built with the mainmast of a sailing ship. With its terrace it offers a breathtaking view over the typical slate roofs, the towers and the bell towers of the old city. Ideal for a couple, it can accomodate up to five people thanks to a wide convertible sofa and a restored ancient ottoman sofa bed.

Our house is located in the middle of the medieval village of Tagliolo Monferrato, surrounded by vineyards and mountains. The Ligurian Riviera is 30 minutes away by car. Barolo & Langhe is famous for wine lovers. It takes about 50 minutes by car to get to the old harbour of Genoa (Genova). Every morning you can have breakfast at a local bar and get a true Italian feel with a cappu and croissant. (20m from the building) Free parking on the street or nearby parking lot.

It has two separate and fenced gardens, with private swimming pool, all for the exclusive use of guests and is surrounded by fields, vegetable gardens, woods and vineyards.

We are a bed and breakfast 4 km from the historic center of Pavia. Our desire is that guests can freely experience the house, and not just the rooms, to enjoy the atmosphere, colors, peace and silence. Our bed and breakfast consists of two double bedrooms, accessed from a charming hallway, and a two-room apartment with independent access from the garden. The house is available, with a porch and garden, but not the use of the main kitchen

It is an ancient building dating back to the end of the 1800s, completely renovated in all its parts, respecting the structure of the period, just completed. The bedroom, with exposed beams, is very charming, has a balcony that allows a spectacular view of the plain on one side and the hills on the other. In the living room, the period wood-burning fireplace has been preserved and in the adjacent woodshed, you will find firewood.
