Le camere affacciano su due ampi terrazzi dai quali è possibile prendere il sole e utilizzare la vasca idromassaggio. L'edificio è protetto dal sistema anti zanzare. A disposizione ampio portico e un giardino; 2 e-bike (a noleggio) e da maggio a settembre ci si può rinfrescare nella Tankkd (con doccia esterna) A pochi minuti di auto si raggiunge la caratteristica cittadina di Moncalvo, dove si svolge ogni anno in autunno la tradizionale Fiera del Tartufo.
