Have a pleasant stay in this furnished studio close to the Convention Center, Golbey and Port d'Épinal. Ideal during the week for workers as access to the expressway is 2 minutes away. Ideal on weekends for trade shows at the Convention Center, located a 5-minute drive away. Free communal parking just across the building. Bed and bath linens, hygiene products, coffee and tea are provided. Amenities nearby: bakery, pharmacy, bar/tobacco, florist, pizzeria, bus stop, etc.
