Comfy wicker chairs on the porch to sip a glass of your favorite drink for a mental escape. Grill out with new found friends and gather in the tiki hut to share your saltwater adventures. Bring the fur babies, as we are a pet-friendly community. There is a tiki hut in the back of the property that can be used to chill out. The entire apartment is yours, along with access to the tiki hut in the back and the laundry area. Call or text me 24/7. Snorkel just offshore and swim with sea turtles and multi-colored reef fish. Surf, play volleyball, and build sandcastles. Stroll to the pier, with shops, clubs, and cafes all close. You can walk anywhere you need, even to a major grocery store. No need for a car. If you bring a car (or two), you get two free parking spaces. A coin-operated washer and dryer are available to guests along with free laundry pods and dryer sheets. Please be prepared with quarters to operate the machines. We are animal lovers, and so pets are welcome. Please see additional details within House Rules regarding pet deposits. Please make sure to accurately indicate the number of guests in your party, as per our House Rules.

Our cottage is located in a very quiet residential area, 15mn to the beach (Bal Harbor area).20mn from both Miami and Fort Lauderdale Airports, Located in the backyard of the main house but separate and with an independent entry. Enjoy our tropical garden and beautiful pool, in the back of our house. Share with owner only, we give priority to our guests to enjoy it! Parking available in our front yard. No kitchen but microwave and fridge. TV, cable and WIFI. It is suggested to have a car.
