"Unser Haus liegt am Sonnberg von Leogang. Die Skilifte liegen nur wenige 100 meter von der Wohnung entfernt. Vor dem Haus befindet sich Ihr Kfz-Stellplatz. Die Wohnung ist über eine außenliegende Treppe erreichbar (Hanglage!). Die FeWo besitzt 2 Schlafzimmer mit insgesamt 3 Betten (1 Kinderbett zusätzlich möglich). Ebenso befindet sich eine ausziehbare Couch in der Wohnung. Die sonnige Terrasse mit blick auf ist ein absolutes highlight die Leoganger Steinberge bzw. auf die Leoganger Grasberge.

Die Hütte am Wald ist ein Blockhaus welches dank Vollholz Bauweise ein super angenehmes Raumklima schafft und neben hübschem Interior auch allen Komfort mit privater Sauna, Kamin und toller Ausstattung für Groß und Klein bietet. Gelegen am sonnigen Waldrand nicht weit vom Fuschlsee entfernt, biete die Hütte am Wald einen großen Garten mit privater Terrasse, Outdoor Esstisch und Sonnenliegen. For your own use, we offer our approximately 200-year-old, completely renovated hut. This is where Alpine coziness meets modernity. Whether summer or winter, this stylish cottage offers the perfect accommodation for four people on around 50 square meters. It is located on a sunny slope. This rustic retreat is located near the Mölltaler glacier cable car and many destinations for hiking, climbing, skiing/hiking, canoeing and much more. The house was completely renovated in 2025 and is located in a quiet area. The bus stop for the free bus and delicious (breakfast) restaurant is only 100 m away. The 10 km Hochkeil ski resort is 500 m away; the 120 km Hochkönig ski resort is 10 minutes away by car or (free) ski bus.

The apartment, overlooking the mountains of Gastein, is available with a built-in kitchen with dishwasher, coffee maker and oven fully equipped. Bathroom/ toilet with bathtub, living room with dining area and pull-out couch, additional built-in closet with mirror. Bed for 2 people. Wi-Fi is free for you, as well as free parking is available right in front of the house. Balcony with seating possibility. A washing machine and dryer are available opposite a fee.
