Very homey and welcoming. Family enjoyed celebrating time together in all spaces of the house, especially the back patio where our young child made believe on the well-designed pirate ship. Friendly, kind host. We walked to adorable Rockridge and BART many times. Highly recommended.

Great central spot in Concord. Georgie is a fantastic host and the house is extremely well supplied. Our stay was wonderful.

We had an amazing stay at Casita Casita, the kids had so much fun in the pool and the kitchen was beautiful. On the last day, my six year old didn’t want to leave, she said she wished we could live there forever. It was super clean and when I did have a question, Courtney replied almost immediately. She was super great to work with, she sent us the house guide before our arrival and it included food recommendations. There was also a book printed guide which we actually referenced a lot! So that was helpful. The location is EXTREMELY walkable, we had fun walking to local shops and restaurants and the local park and bocci ball court.

Staying at this small house with pool was just what I needed. Enjoyed all aspects of my stay!

A group of lifelong friends and I meet once a year for a long weekend to catch up, decompress, and spend time together. We chose San Francisco this year and after hunting on AirBnB we stumbled across this estate on JAR Farms. The host Nikki was proactive, helpful, and responsive. We arrived on Wednesday and drove to thru the gate into a lush oasis. The pictures on the listing didn't do the property justice. We arrived at the guest house to a welcome gift of wine, local honey, and snacks. We were a group of 6 adults and the guest house was cozy yet a perfect size for a reunion of friends. We were given a tour of the property showing us the boat house/beach, grand staircase to the bay overlook, the pool house (pool and hot tub), gardens, bee hives, and the many trails on the property. The mornings we hiked Monahan Trail at the adjacent Old St. Hillary's Preserve. In the afternoons we enjoyed the hot tub and a nice bbq dinner. Perfect weekend! HIGHLY recomended. Will be returning!

Wow - we had an amazing stay and loved Job's beautiful home. The photos barely capture the incredible views. 180 degrees views of Mt. Tam all the way down to the Bay - truly on top of world. Pool was bigger than expected, warm water, great covered porch, VERY nice pool house/bedroom & bath. All beds were super comfortable, everything sparkling clean and living room was such a great and comfy area to watch movies or just look at the view with a good book. Kitchen is outfitted (and labeled) with everything you need. Very close to San Anslemo downtown - which is filled with great lunch spots, coffee shops. So much to do in Marin and this is centrally located (note a steep driveway but we had no issues.) Can't think of a single improvement Job could make. I left something behind and he responded that day that he would ship back to me. One of our most favorite Airbnbs ever. THANK YOU!

Fabulous trip! We were greeted warmly by Jana and settled easily into the spaces of this large character home on a quiet cul de sac. It worked perfectly for our group of four. We loved the peaceful feeling of being on the water and the nearby pathways along the bay; it's lovely to sit outside to read and sip something. We didn't use the kitchen much, but it is very well-equipped. We got in some great hikes and meals at Mt. Tam, San Rafael, San Anselmo, Fairfax and Pt. Reyes as well as a SFMOMA day in the city. A wonderful location! Don't hesitate.

Amazing property & setting, absolutely loved the pool, sport court, etc. Hosts were communicative & easy, will certainly be back for another warm-weather escape.

Sean's place was definitely what we were looking for as a group of 6 adults. Location is awesome as it's literally only a few steps from a main strip of little local shops, restaurants, cafes, and grocery stores. With that said, the airbnb location is very peaceful and quiet. You'll be on the main/ground floor of house, with both rooms having a view of Sean's beautiful garden that you can tell has been well taken care of. The 2 full baths was a plus for our group as well. Sean was a really great and thoughtful host. Super responsive, and very quiet; you could hardly hear any sounds coming from upstairs. Would recommend a stay here!

We had a lovely time at Yan Fang’s place, the location was perfect - we walked to the beach almost every day! It was also convenient to have the Muni metro stop right at the end of the street, we rode the Muni all over town (inexpensive and easy!). The house was clean and comfortable and Yan Fang included extra snacks and kitchen items for us, which was nice. We loved our time here and would recommend.

Great place! Area was safe and easy to get to the places we needed to all over the city. Carlos was attentive and helpful. Home was cozy and comfortable. Would stay again!

Beautiful home right in the middle of the dipsea trail stairs - go up the stairs to reach great hiking trails, down the stairs for great restaurants and shopping. Comfortable beds, clean and cozy home, responsive and friendly hosts. Be aware of the somewhat challenging parking - bring the small car. Absolutely worth it, we’d love to come back!

I’d recommend an upgrade to the WiFi, but short of that … the property was perfect and I wouldn’t hesitate to book it again.

This was probably our favorite Airbnb ever! It exuded quiet, simplicity and comfort, and was thoughtfully and tastefully decorated. Everything was accessible, clean and welcoming. The refrigerator and cabinets were well-stocked with food, dishes, cookware, gadgets and appliances. Pamela provided clear instructions for using appliances, recycling, leaving, etc., including "Help yourselves to all the food." The lovely back garden was an additional plus. The two of us could work separately in comfort – one at the desk, one at the kitchen table. The bed was very comfortable, with extra blankets and sheets provided. The bathroom had numerous toiletries and many extra towels. Pamela herself is quite friendly and gladly let us use her washer/dryer. Everything we needed outside was minutes away by car, and Pamela conveniently let us park in the driveway. I come to San Francisco at least twice a year and will be very glad to stay here again.

Voytek was a fantastic host!! Great communication. Went above and beyond to make sure I had a nice stay. Beautiful place in a great neighborhood. Wish I could have stayed longer!!!! I will def be staying here next time I’m back in :)

Marianne has created a beautiful oasis for guests to relax and recharge. As a fellow airbnb superhost for the past 15 years I can truly say this was the most well stocked and appointed airbnb that I have stayed in. Aspirational. 5 stars all around. We will definitely be back!

We had such a pleasant stay at Winnie’s place. It was a great location and check in was extremely easy. The place was clean and as described on the listing. Beds were very comfortable and we appreciated the plug in lamps with chargers for our items. It was also equipped with a basket of snacks and water, which was a wonderful addition. Parking was easy to find on the street. Would stay again and highly recommend!

Jen was such a helpful and gracious hostess. Her space is pristine and was a great fit for my daughter, 10 month old granddaughter and myself. Seacliff is a magnificent area easy parking on the street and so accessible to many places. We felt so comfortable and at home Jen’s place which is so thoughtfully appointed. Everything is so clean even the garage which you entered through. We also appreciated how easy the lighting and entering is especially when you’re coming in after a long day with an infant (lights go on automatically). The Nespresso machine is great and having a mini fridge & microwave helpful for an infant as well as washer and dryer. As if the above isn’t enough an extra bonus is the beautiful patio garden area Jen has created. Thank you Jen!

We can not say enough about Dans place! It was the perfect spot for our honeymoon. The view was amazing and Sausalito is a great place to explore. Dan was super friendly and helpful when needed! We can’t wait to make it back to Dans spot!

This is a nice place to stay in San Francisco. It is high on a hillside, just below Sutro Tower on Twin Peaks. The home is a 1930s modern 2 story house in excellent condition with an outstanding contemporary kitchen and a big open room that includes a large dining table plus a very large living room with oversized sofas. The view of San Francisco is spectacular, plus there is a series of cascading redwood decks that spill down the slope in the backyard, each deck with its own view and seating area. Upstairs you will find two nearly-identical bedroom suites: with a den (with Roku TV and a writing desk), a small onsuite bathroom with excellent shower, and a large separate king sized bed with a great mattress. Both bedrooms are generously-proportioned. One bedroom has a small outdoor seating area, too. Plenty of parking. If you don't bring your car, then you will need an Uber or Waymo to get down the hill to shops and restaurants. Or DoorDash!

This airbnb is a beyond exceptional and luxurious home filled with so much interesting history, books, art, music and so much more - beautiful attention to detail, very cozy yet elegant rooms and furniture, and impeccable interior design. Jen was incredibly responsive, helpful and accomodating, her support with this beautiful airbnb made our entire trip. 100 out of 10 stars, will most certainly be staying here when I return next time.

We had the most amazing time at Matt’s place. The house itself is quite literally a grownup-size treehouse perched on a steep hill (the 100+ stairs to get to the door went through a true character arc from a nemesis to a good old friend over three days we stayed there), incredibly beautiful and worthy all the praise it receives here. The furniture and material choices, the thoughtful details, the variety of charming nooks and corners to cozy up and get comfortable in—everything is there to make you feel at home. With hiking trails quite literally steps from the backyard the house is drowning in lush, whispering greenery—hearing birds sing in the morning and hummingbirds buzzing at sunset was my favorite. Truly a rare find—this is not “an airbnb”, instead it felt like a good friend’s house that’s well loved and lived in, making it a very memorable stay. Thank you Matthew and family.

My family had a great stay at Rick's place. The kids loved the enclosed backyard and the place had everything you needed for a calm and quiet stay. The location is great--short drive to the beach and the park and a quick walk to great restaurants.
