Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Goleta

One of the best Airbnb’s I’ve stayed in. Very comfortable. Great living space. Comfortable bed. Nice linens and towels. Kureig with coffee, including decaf!! A small basket of snacks. They had it stocked with everything I needed. Decorated very nicely. Super quiet neighborhood.

Took my parents and niece for a lovely quick weekend getaway. This place felt like such a cozy oasis away from home - it’s tucked away in a nice cul-de-sac and the entire house is surrounded by trees and plants, creating such a private hideaway. Pictures truly reflect the cozy and clean environment of this place. We loved having the backyard wood fireplace to make s’mores at night and enjoy a nice glass of wine. The house is stocked with all necessary kitchen utensils and more to stay in for a nicely cooked home meal with a nice gas fireplace inside. Brenda has a nice folder with useful instructions and directions of everything around the house, local guide to restaurants and grocery stores. We ate at the Jeannine’s for brunch and ordered in from the Via Maestra 42 - both delicious options! Overall, we would love to return to this cozy oasis for a weekend! Thanks Brenda!

This home is very peaceful. I love that the greenery in the front yard makes it feel very private. I came solo and only used one bedroom. If you came here with a group, the only issue I’d see is the bathroom with the shower is quite small for sharing. I used the kitchen to make dinner - it has everything you need. One of my favorite things about this house is it’s two blocks from Bob‘s Well Bread, an amazing bakery/café. I walked there every morning for coffee.

good spot in great location. really nice backyard in a quiet neighborhood. walking distance to chase park and quick drive to everything else. if you have a little one that uses high chair place does not have one, and kitchen table isn't good for table chair set up, although outdoor table works well with it. everything else is great and would def stay there again.

We had the loveliest time celebrating our anniversary at this dreamy beach get-away! Super clean and gorgeous home, so many lovely, stylish spots to relax in. We hiked nearby, had a lovely walk on the beach and ate at very lovely and delicious little food places. Hearing the seals bark nearby just was such a cute and special little touch to the whole experience. I highly recommend this place for a secluded, relaxing little retreat!

This home has so much character. The 70s-inspired design is super fun and unique, and the space was perfect for our group of five. It felt spacious, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The pool and hot tub setup really made the stay—it felt like our own private retreat. Plus, the neighborhood was quiet, safe, and peaceful, which made it easy to relax. Dicle was equally great. They shared thoughtful recommendations, were responsive whenever we had questions, and even had someone come out quickly when the hot tub wasn’t heating up properly. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience—everything was handled smoothly and with care. Would 100% stay here again. It’s a perfect spot for a chill, fun getaway with friends or family.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful Santa Barbara Airbnb! The location was absolutely perfect—close to everything we wanted to see and do, yet peaceful and relaxing. The space itself is tastefully decorated with a warm, welcoming vibe, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The host went above and beyond, leaving us a thoughtful note and some snacks, which made us feel right at home. Every detail was considered, and it truly made our trip extra special. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

As others have said, this is a perfect place for 2-3 people; any more than that would be a squeeze. That said, we had a wonderful time staying at the Back Porch. Just as described and pictured, and in many ways better. Very helpful to have laundry access right there too. Beautiful surroundings, couldn’t be any closer to all the great spots to visits — make sure to drive to Nojoqui Falls as it is a quick walk up there and back but so serene and shaded all the way. Took restaurant recommendations from the hosts guidebook and ate at both Brothers and Los Olivos Wine Merchant — both fantastic — highly recommend! So yes, don’t hesitate to book this place — you will be glad you did ….

We met Terry and he was very personable, helpful and cared about making sure that you have everything you need. The property has many animals and offered to give us a tour when he was feeding them. The place is spacious. The only thing that I would say is that if the description says a 2bd, it is actually 1 bedroom that has a door and the "bunkbed room" is open with no door. Didn't really make a huge difference to us. We enjoyed our 1 night. It is about 15 minutes off the 5 freeway.

Comfortable and homey stay at Ian’s in a beautiful and quite neighborhood steps from downtown Santa Barbara. The location was amazing! The home was just as described and for a great price!

Spacious, clean lodgings on the first floor of an older home with very quiet renters upstairs. It worked great for our two-week stay in Ventura.

Historic building beautifully remodeled with all of the modern amenities in a fantastic location. Easy to find, easy to park, and perfectly situated between downtown SB and Montecito. Would love to stay there again. I hope it’s available the next time I visit my niece at UCSB.

We had an incredible visit to Santa Barbara staying here! Everything looked just like the pictures and the back patio was gorgeous. We loved the quick walk up to the beach and had no problem with taking the time to walk into downtown. We really appreciated Maddi’s recommendations for food, drinks, and hikes. Very convenient place, highly recommend!

The little quality details made this a top notch stay. Nice towels smelling great, comfortable couch, amazing and comfortable bedding. Felt like a home.

Perfect spot for a getaway. Close to the beach, restaurants, and shopping. Rooftop is the perfect wake up or wind down. Feels like a whole other location.

We booked this home for our family Christmas trip, and it honestly surpassed our expectations. Lots of room for a big family. The sauna was a plus for us, it snowed when we stayed there and it was such a perfect cozy home for after some snow fun. There isn’t much of a grocery store nearby besides a convenience store. We took a lot of things from outside of the town(near castaic stopped by a Ralph’s) which helped with meals and snacks. They did provide a lot of toiletries so that helped, I would definitely travel again to this property with my family next year. communication was very easy to have and check-in was a breeze!

This is a lovely place to rejuvenate in the Santa Ynez area. It is located between Los Olivos and Santa Ynez so you cannot really walk to anywhere which was fine for us. The biking in the area was wonderful and we would definitely stay here again.

All i can say is WOW! If you stay here, be prepared for this experience to spoil all other AirBnBs for you, because they will not be able to compare to how fantastic this is! Cynthia is a true professional, from above-and-beyond hospitality to an exquisite property down to the details - she needs a tv show! AirBNB is very lucky to even have someone this dedicated on this app. This properly is absolutely stunning- like something you would see in a magazine. My husband and I booked this on a trip for our first anniversary- and Cynthia went over the top, making us feel special for the weekend. We had massages on the property outside beside the tennis court (incredible), played private tennis, and even had smores by the firepit under the stars. We would come back just to stay here again! An absolute 10/10

Simply magical! Stunning property with incomparable views, the best hammock in the world, beautiful outdoor dining space, right on top of Solvang but feels like you’re in the Tuscan countryside. Beautiful, light filled home with views all around and extremely clean and well appointed. Can’t say enough wonderful things, and the hosts are so friendly and helpful. Amazing!

Loved our stay! Tevis was very warm and helpful. We really enjoyed the pool, hot tub and fire pit! It's a quiet beach that was never crowded and the airbnb was in a very safe community. Would love to go back!

Wonderful location, wonderful property, beautiful home! There's a great view if you walk out all the way thru the back yard and my friends loved sitting in that spot at night. The listing did say it included oil for cooking (it didn't) so we had to doordash some for our planned meals. And same with bodywash that was missing. Otherwse, perfectly described.

We had a lovely stay at Erica's house. We really appreciated all the small but important touches - magnificent kitchen with so many kitchen tools and instruction manuals, plenty of towels, enjoyable outdoors with grill and fire pit. The beds were comfortable. So easy to walk to the beach which we basically had to ourselves. Erica's communication with us before and during our stay was clear, instructive and prompt. We really had an enjoyable time and appreciate Erica letting us enjoy her place.
