If you want a wonderful house in Sardenia - This it is! We enjoyed every Moment in this house.

Spectacular stay, immersed in the Gallura countryside, in the garden of the house tall oak trees, shady, and a beautiful swimming pool to cool off in the absence of a nearby beach. We had the very pleasant company of two kittens, polite and affectionate, and as night fell, a curious but discreet land hedgehog visited us. Very fresh house inside, a pleasant surprise for the summer that is beginning. Unexpected comfort in a country house: the dishwasher! It saved us from tedious post-dinner chores. Comfortable beds, a large bathroom with a washing machine, and a spacious and bright dining room. And surprise... free wifi! We thank Antonio for the pleasant weekend and we will be back!

Francesca’s home in Cala Suaracchia exceeded all expectations! The house is well equipped and spacious, and the view from the balcony is breathtaking. There is so much to do in the local area too- multiple different boat tours (dolphin tours too!!), boat hires, sea kayaking, and other activities are on offer from the beach just below the house, and free use of a swimming pool a short walk away. Plenty of places to explore in the nearby area, and lots of amazing snorkelling spots! Francesca responded quickly to any queries we had before and during our stay, and the local staff were friendly and helpful during our check-in and check-out. Thank you for helping us have the holiday of a lifetime- we only wish we could have stayed for longer!

The host is warm and hospitable, the location of the B&B is close to the beach, and there are supermarkets and good restaurants nearby, which is very cost-effective!

Villa Ivy was a perfect for our family holiday. Room for 8 adults to relax socialise. The location was excellent and the facilities were very good. The house was spotless on arrival. Communication was good. Would recommend.

Dario's home is amazing and he's a fantastic host. The space was clean, well-equipped, and larger than expected. And Dario even helped us with recommendations and reservations. The pool is wonderful and heating it is worth the the extra fees. We hope to return to beautiful Sardinia and stay in this remote and very special place again some day.

We had a wonderful time in beautiful San Teodoro. The house is spacious and equipped with everything you need for a great vacation. We arrived with a car and the parking is just outside the house. Thank you for your kindness Antonio!

Had a great stay. Place has a terrific cozy and comfortable feel to it. With great inside and outside areas. Nicoletta was very responsive and gave us some great recommendations on restaurants and beaches and other places outside of Porto Cervo to visit. Overall very satisfied with our stay.

Very nice and cozy bungalow, equipped with everything needed for a pleasant and enjoyable stay. Located in a nice area, just a 5-minute walk to the beach. It's calm and peaceful. 🙂

++ Very helpful host, very quick to respond ++ had forgotten something in the apartment, within a few minutes the return action was initiated by the host +/- No Wi-Fi in the house, curse and blessings at the same time (must be aware of it) + beautiful apartment, well furnished (with washing machine/coffee maker...) ++ top view of the sea, very relaxing + beautiful large pool ++ Very well maintained area and quiet + nearby villages can be reached quickly + large terrace with table/chairs - No direct access to the beach (car necessary) - certain installations (shower doors, connecting door to the terrace, lamps are very hot > recommended LED, ringing) need a refresh - Ceiling height on the upper floor/staircase partly deep, hit several times your head (1m85)

Enrico was a lovely host. He said to always ask him for beach recommendations so he could recommend something based on the direction of the wind and he never missed! He was also very helpful with any other sort of local recommendations for restaurants or other things to do, and unerringly friendly. He lives above the guest house, but it's very private. The location is absolutely stunning, the pool is even better than the picture, the garden is absolutely teeming with life. We were there in May, so it was full of flowers, butterflies, dragonflies, and frogs in the pool. We were also visited daily by the two dogs who live on the property. We had a wonderful time. An authentic holiday stay in a relaxed and comfortable place. A very responsive and welcoming host Martina and her delightful parents who met us , waved us off , and cleaned the pool . The pool and outdoors was priceless in terms of enjoyment. Surrounded by beautiful views and nature.. pure joy!!! The local beach is in walking distance but obviously a car is required to explore. We had a wonderful two-week stay at Annagiulia’s apartment. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded expectations. The apartment is spacious, spotless, and beautifully decorated. It’s very well equipped — from dish soap and detergent to coffee capsules, playing cards, chess, and a great book collection. We were greeted with delicious Sardinian sweets, and check-in/out was seamless, thanks to the detailed instructions.
Annagiulia was a fantastic host — helpful, responsive, and full of great recommendations for restaurants and beaches. Halfway through our stay, the apartment was cleaned and we received fresh sheets and towels, which was a lovely touch.
The location is perfect: a short drive to stunning beaches, shops, and great restaurants. There’s even a nice pool just steps away. One of our favorite features was the terrace — with breathtaking views. We spent many peaceful days relaxing in the garden.
We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and would love to return!

We enjoyed it very much. The apartment has a top location with a great view and a very short walk to the beach. The apartment is very well equipped, even in the kitchen it has everything you need and also in large numbers. The roof terrace has a great view and offers plenty of space. We spent a lot of time there. The community pool is also beautifully landscaped and was often used by us.

The four of us stayed for a week at the end of September and had great weather. Beautiful location, very comfortable accommodation and great for exploring surrounding area. A car is necessary but found the driving very easy. We had a wonderful week!

We thoroughly enjoyed this slice of paradise in Villagio Piras. The house was well-appointed and comfortable. Its location was fantastic - very convenient to beaches and the town center (with a car). The three bedrooms, each with its own bath, worked perfectly for me and my adult children. Riccardo was helpful and responsive from the start, advising on the ferry and nearby marinas and beaches. We visited in early June. The weather was perfect and the town and island were bustling, but not overrun with tourists. It was a spectacular vacation for all of us!

Valentina is such a wonderful and communicative host. I really liked staying at her place, it was central and just a few steps away from the marina. There is a problem with humidity in the house (maybe only during the colder season, I’d assume that it’s better during summer) but there is AC and a radiator that can help regulate this issue.

We definitely recommend this place. Beautiful place, quiet neighborhood, amazing view on sea and La Maddalena. The house is very close to center Palau, so you can go for a walk to the restaurant or explore Palau city. A huge advantage is that there is a port close to the place from where you can take a ferry to La Maddalena. We can’t wait to visit Sardinia, Palau again! See you!

Quiet and pleasant cottage, in the heart of nature. The garden around is perfectly set up to make the most of the magnificent views of the surrounding mountains and unforgettable sunsets. The interior is simple but had everything you needed to live and cook for several days. The bathroom is a little far from the cottage but very accessible and with a well-lit path at night. We spent dreamy days in this magical place, thank you for your warm welcome!

Great hostess! Great location! We were there in early May and we felt the only ones on the hill. The beach is a 3-minute walk away. Accommodation is ok for the price. However, it does not invite you to linger. It is enough for the night but it is uncomfortable. The bed is very old and there is no way to heat when it gets a bit colder. So bring warm clothes for cold nights. The location is all the more beautiful and the view is great!

We felt very comfortable in the apartment! It is tastefully decorated and equipped with everything you need. The garden with terrace was particularly beautiful – ideal for relaxing. Communication with the landlord was always straightforward and very pleasant. We were particularly pleased with the helpful tips on restaurants and excursions in the area. Overall a great place to stay that we would be happy to recommend!
