Quiet & lovely 2 rooms in trendy central area

My flat is ideally located in the 11 arrondissement of Paris, between Republique, le Canal Saint Martin and Belleville. 15 minutes by feet from the Marais. My home is very quiet, in an typic old parisian building, close to many metro stations. The balcony has a lovely view on a old church. The street is quiet but very close to many places to go out and eat good food. I'm sure you will enjoy your stay but you have to know that the flat is at the 5th floor without elevator.

Quiet Studio

This lovely studio on the 2nd floor (access by stairs) overlooking a small courtyard is very quiet thanks to its insulated glazing. The mezzanine bed is comfortable, have easy access and optimizes space in the studio. Fully equipped kitchen: glass-ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, dishwasher, Tassimo coffee machine for efficient breakfasts and affordable meals ;-) Bathroom refurbished in 2017. Towels & sheets provided, also HBOMax, Wifi, Snacks, Coffee & Tea.

Apartment with balcony Paris 10th

Our apartment is located in the 10th arrondissement, in Belleville, in a central area, full of good addresses! It has a bathroom with bathtub, a bedroom with a double bed 160, separate toilet and a kitchen overlooking the living room and balcony. It is very pleasant to live in, we live there full time and are very happy there :) We have a lovely cat who leaves with us or stays in the apartment on request! 5th floor without elevator access.

Central et calme. Spacieux et tout équipé. Je suis architecte et j’ai dessiné cet appartement afin qu’il soit le plus fonctionnel et agréable à vivre possible. L’appartement est situé dans une rue calme d’un quartier sympa. Il est à faible distance à pied du cœur de paris. Proche de différentes stations de métro, mon appartement récemment rénové, sera un endroit parfait pour vous balader en ville et vous reposer confortablement.

You have a private terrace at the back of the Atelier, hidden from the view, where you can enjoy a glass of rosé or your morning coffee. You will find a cozy quiet nest in a young and trendy neighborhood just in front of your door.

Located at the crossroads of many trendy districts: Bastille, Oberkampf, the Canal Saint Martin while being located in a quieter area. The apartment is located on the 6th floor (accessible by elevator) to offer you an unobstructed view of the Parisian rooftops, and even the Eiffel Tower from the bathroom window and make it a very pleasant and bright place to live.

The building is very quiet and clean and should stay like this, please respect the neighbors and the building keeper. No party allowed, no smoking, no candles.
