Metro 2 minutes away (Goncourt line 11). Two bedrooms, one with a 160 x 200 bed and a second bedroom with an 80 x 200 bed. The bathroom is bright and consists of a bathtub and sink.

Hi. I rent out my studio during school holidays. It is next to the Place de la République and the canal, the neighborhood is super nice and you are close to everything, ideal for visiting Paris on foot or taking the metro to go further (4 direct lines) It was fully and beautifully renovated in 2024. You have everything you need at your disposal - oven, coffee makers, iron, etc. Bars, terraces and small restaurants around. Enjoy Paris!
