in short - I stayed in different apartments around Batumi, but this one is the best initially planned to stay a month, but after first night decided to change my plans and extend the stay to 3 months owner is a nice person, communication was smooth and quick, everything was resolved very fast location is superb, you just need to cross the road and you already at the beach very cool view from the window - 6 out of 5 :) inside everything according to the photos I would come here again and can recommend to anyone

We had a wonderful stay — everything was just right. The flat is spacious, bright, and well-equipped. The location is perfect! The host was friendly, responsive, and attentive throughout. We really liked it and would happily stay here again. Highly recommended!

Все очень понравилось! Переживали что это все таки орби волна и может быть шумно или долго ждать лифт - ничего подобного. Было комфортно, тихо, шумоизоляция хорошая, на лифт нет очередей, расположение супер! В кв все чисто, очень уютно, супер удобная кровать, матрац, подушки, просто лег и сразу уснул. Куча всяких светильничков атмосферных, красивая посуда. Техника вся работала исправно. Чистые полотенца, вид шикарный, рядом есть магазины и 3 мин до пляжа. Прямо напротив большой Молл. То что есть Netflix прям супер, советую сериал «Сирены» глянуть)) Хозяйка очень отзывчивая, расписала супер подробно как заселиться. Заселение и выселение самостоятельное. Даже разрешила нам побыть в номере подольше в день выселения, чтобы мы не таскались с чемоданами на жаре. Рекомендую!! И обязательно если приедем ещё раз арендуем эту кв ♥️

we stay at Larica place as a couple . for both of us was fantastic . nice cosy and clean apartment very comfy bed and great bathroom . all You need in a kitchen and balcony makes You feel so good . BTW . on bottom floor there is cafeteria good food and very cheap. stuff on reception very helpful too. great time for us in Larisa place 😉

Хорошая квартира, хорошее расположение, чистая, все необходимое есть. Полностью соответствует описанию. Вид на море с балкона. Цена в начале сезона полностью оправдана.

We enjoyed our stay in this apartment. It’s stylish and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Great location — lots of bars and restaurants within walking distance, and just a 4-minute walk to the beach and park. Sehr schönes Apartment mit einem tollem Ausblick aufs Meer. Sehr sauber, bequemes großes Bett und die Vermieter sind sehr nett. Auch ein früherer Check-In war problemlos möglich. Die Kommunikation hat ebenfalls super geklappt. Ich kann dieses Apartment jedem empfehlen! Danke für eine schöne Zeit in Orbi City!

Clean and beautiful room with a great view. I recommend all tourists to rent it. The owner is very kind and understanding. He refunds travelers' money if they change their flight. For me, this is the most beautiful apartment I've seen in Batumi.

Остались очень довольны поездкой и жильем! Отличная локация, удобное расположение - близко к пляжу и ко всем центральным местам города. Само здание очень солидное и приятное. В апартаментах было чисто, все необходимое тоже было, кондиционер работал) В общем, нареканий никаких не было, отдых прошел отлично! Спасибо большое)

Апартаменты это 2 соединённых номера апарт-отеля Alliance Palace. Это одно здание в котором часть номеров управляется Mariott (вход отдельный) и остальная часть Alliance. В номерах свежий ремонт. 2 санузла)). Кухня и холодильник. Прекрасная климатическая система daikin. Толстые стеклопакеты отсекают шум улицы. С балкона вид на море.Рядом супермаркет и рестораны. В общем отличные апартаменты и отличии от Орби нет больших очередей у лифта)). Классный отпуск.

Wonderful place. Everything you want and more. I couldn’t find one mistake. Her apartment looks like a piece of art. Every piece of furniture placed just where it should be. I enjoyed eating my breakfast while looking outside in a peaceful atmosphere. The only problem I had is to let it go. Building is new. Reception clean and secure well. You need to have a token to enter. Security cameras set up to insure your safety comes first. Outside the building looks organized and very clean. The Black Sea just a block away. To get to it, you go through fountain, beautiful walking bridge and if you love photos. You will have many beautiful views worth to capture for unforgettable moments of your life. Last thanks AIRBNB for monitoring each property carefully and providing suitable places for all segments. 😘

The apartment was little bit small, but convenient. Little bit far from city center. But the apartment itself and the district it is in was amazing. The wine compliment was a good extra touch :)

It's perfect for anyone looking to enjoy Batumi’s main attractions while having a quiet, cozy place to relax. Highly recommended! She welcomed us with delicious baklava and a bottle of homemade Georgian wine, produced by her brother — a warm and thoughtful gesture that made us feel right at home.

נקום מרכזי , יפה , נקי , בעל הנכס תמיד זמין , עונה בחיוב תמיד , עוזר ,איכפתי, הנכס שמור היטב , נקי , מסודר , עשיר בכלים למטבח מאד מומלץ למשפחות בשל הפרטיות , בריכה נקייה ומסודרת .

Це чудова квартира з гарною локацією, дуже тихо ви не чуєте сусідів і немає черги на ліфт) В центр ви можете дійти набережною або на таксі) В будинку є цілодобовий магазин та пару класних ресторанів sea view та mars burger там супер смачно) В квартирі гарний балкон з видом на набережну та море) Також є всі зручності, чисто і просто чудово) Для одного чи двох це ідеально на long stay так і short stay. Анна чудова відповідала на всі питання і загалом була милою) Рекомендую це місце і дуже б хотіла повернутись)

Maria is a great host, she was friendly and very helpful. The place is nice, equipped with everything we needed for a short stay. The sea is within a two-minute walk, which we were really happy about. Lots of great dining places nearby

The house was clean and in a good location, it was right in front of the sea and the view especially at dawn was so beautiful we spent most of our time on the balcony, it was peaceful most of the time, we had a great time staying there.

Good apartment. Excellent view. A bit far from center but markets and everything is available so if you go for a calm vacation with nice view and close to beach this will be a perfect choice

Everything was beyond amazing. Great neighbors in the building. Well soundproofed from outside traffic. Safe and secure property. Beautiful home with attention to all details a traveler would want. Would absolutely recommend to anyone visiting Batumi or any area in Georgia. A perfect spot to make as a home base as you do day trips from Batumi.

Great place near the Batumi beach. Beautiful views of sunset every night. Matched pictures and description 100%. The apartment was quiet and peaceful, even though Batumi is pretty busy city especially during evenings and night time.
