We booked at very short notice and everything worked out great, thanks to Laurence. We had a friendly welcome. Everything was perfectly clean. We were very happy about the existing washing machine. There was a small concert in the village in the evening. That was fantastic! The place is picturesque and the view of the sea is breathtaking. Would highly recommend for your stay.

Wonderful apartment. Exactly as advertised with great location, close to shops and beautiful beaches, walks and trains (we did not drive so relied on trains). Marco was a wonderful host. We had an issue with the shower on the first day and contacted Marco and although it was a Sunday he was responded almost immediately and fixed the issue.

Great stay here, check in was really easy. Kevin welcomed us to the apartment showed us where everything was which was really helpful. Contacted us day after check in to make sure we had everything we needed and gave some recommendations for restaurants and places to visit. Kevin was really responsive and helpful. The apartment was spotlessly clean, well equipped and peaceful. Huge bonus was the location to the beach, restaurants and a great supermarket. The apartment is in an ideal location to explore Antibes, Nice, Eze and Monaco. Underground Garage makes parking easy and the infinity pool with a view across to Nice was really lovely, again spotlessly clean with sunbeds. Well maintained communal areas and pretty gardens. Will definitely stay here again when visiting France and would 100% recommend to others 😊

If you want to have Monaco in the palm of your hand, enjoy breakfast with French baguettes, cheese and grapes, and sip wine on a balcony overlooking hills and yachts — this is the best choice. Stop searching and book this place now. The friendly approach of the host, Martin, was incredible. Martin feels like a close friend who’s always available, ready to recommend places in the area, and his place is a true game changer in Monaco. I’ll definitely be back soon. I give it 11/10.

Truly an unbeatable location and was the perfect home base for our stay in Cannes!

The view is stunning and the location is perfect to explore Beausoleil and Monte-Carlo. Matthieu was a great host: responsive, kind and truly welcoming. Alexandra is a wonderful host! Her place is not only perfectly located, but also exceptionally clean and well-organized. We truly felt at home. Her warm messages, attentiveness, and hospitality made our stay in Monaco even more enjoyable. The check-in process and communication were seamless, and she had thoughtfully taken care of every detail. A major plus for those arriving by car is the private parking space—an incredible advantage in Monaco, where parking can often be a challenge. This apartment in Menton is a perfect place to stay to explore the Côte d’Azur, from Eze to Ventimiglia and beyond. All are easily reachable by train, the train station is a short 15 minute walk away. We also had a car and found it a quick easy base for further excursions too. The apartment itself is fantastic. We felt like we were coming to our own home each evening and it was extremely relaxing and beautiful to start the day with a cafe on the balcony. We are already talking about staying here again the next time our travels bring us to the South of France. Thank you, and especially thank you to Micaela for greeting us, giving us a tour of the apartment as well as excellent dinner recommendations.

I want with my Wife for Anniversary and the space was even better than the pictures. Form the 360 ocean views to the hikes you can do across the city. This place is spectacular. I highly recommend.

Wonderful property, beautiful location, incredible view. This property was everything I had hoped for. Terrific spot right on the water, walkable beach clubs, shops, restaurants. The host was very responsive and everything in the apartment was perfect. Hoping to rent this again next year!

The view is just stunning, we enjoyed breakfast and evening meals on the balcony; with views like that we preferred to cook ourselves in the evening, after long days exploring the area we wanted to make the most of the peace and the sound of the sea! The apartment has everything you need for a fantastic stay, kitchen very well equipped, including basic condiments. Bed was super comfortable. Lift to the small “wilderness” beach directly below the property is an experience, it does cost 45€ extra (payable on arrival), but you can ride it as many times as you want! Beach very quiet during the week off season, but we arrived on a Sunday and it was packed. You definitely need a car if staying here, car parking is very secure. There are a couple of restaurants less than 10 mins walk, and then a few more in the port, but Ventimiglia Alta does feel quite “tired”, probably a different vibe in high season though! We would definitely stay again, a great base, very relaxing. Thanks Cristina

I was very satisfied staying in this tiny elegant apartment . I left that sheet where in white color towels also in white the owner of the apartment was very very nice. She helped me a lot and she left very nice. Welcome drink. Thank you very much for an amazing hospitality.

We miss the days and the beautiful view from the terrace. We were almost exclusively on foot to the city center of Ventimiglia about 15 minutes (to the market hall, to the ice cream and to the train station) and by train (ride to Menton and Monaco). Perfect for us. The small beach below the house was charming and we went swimming almost every evening. Claudia is a top hostess. We will definitely be back! Thank you for everything, dear Claudia🥰.

Had a great visit in this superb villa in Menton. Jennifer's hospitality was truly exceptional: very warm, available and welcoming, even on the phone, she immediately put me at ease. The accommodation was impeccable, impeccably clean, and perfectly equipped, nothing was missing. I really found everything on site to have a comfortable and stress-free stay. Awesome Stay! From the Host meeting us at check in to the end, was Fantastic! The place is like out of a movie, The easy check in. Host meet us. Should us all the perks. And how everything works. The building is in a gated area with front door to building required a key fob to get in. All appliances are new and so clean! Restaurants and shops are close and beach is across the street. Look forward to returning next year and to stay longer! 6 nights where not enough!

The place is very cute. Philip is very kind and prepared everything for our stay to be very pleasant. I totally recommend staying there if you go to Monaco

Almost new, bright, well-equipped, well-located. Host responsive to any issues. We really enjoyed this 3-day stay as part of a wedding.

We had a wonderful few days. The best part is the view on the sea which is absolutely fabulous. Best place to relax, to have some food, a nice enjoyable drink. Apartment is also very well equipped, especially the kitchen. There is no air conditioning, but much better to dive in the swimming pool or the sea (first access at the end of a few steps) if you need to cool down. From there we did a few beautiful day trip to Cannes, Nice and Monaco, all easy to reach, and enjoyed taking the time to go by the road by the sea. Roberto was also available before and during our trip to provide very good instructions and advices (like local restaurants). Always available and always provided a friendly answer. And thanks for the paddle board which allowed us to visit nearby beaches.

Raymond and Anne share with guests their beautiful home, but they are exceptionally warm, interesting, and charming people to meet. It was an excellent combination for a magical and memorable vacation to Monaco. I would not go back unless we can stay with them again! Besides the amazing views, refreshing pool and clean jacuzzi, there were even fireworks several of the nights over the bay! Our hosts generously left wine, snacks, and coffee in the unit, as well as a fully stocked bathroom. More than anything, we really loved spending time with them. Highly recommend this AirBnB!

Very nice location, the house is quiet and beautiful, suitable for a holiday to slowly enjoy the surrounding beauty, the interior is fully equipped, clean, everything is just right, the owner replied in time, and recommended the use of various facilities around.The most surprising thing is that there are many delicious and scenic restaurants in the nearby ancient city. There are new expectations every day😚. It is highly recommended for self-driving travelers.

Lovely apartment that is 10 minute stroll from restaurants and bars on the harbour front. Very clean, tidy and well decorated. The outside space and retractable doors provide amazing outside / inside space. Miguel was easily contactable, providing clear directions and met us at the property for checkin. Aldi supermarket 1 minute walk has all immediate needs. Parking is free on street however not always guaranteed immediately outside. Would highly recommend

Great apartment! Close to the train station, very convenient. We loved the loft side and the icing on the cake, the jacuzzi, so welcome!!! I would recommend without a second thought.
