The house provides the perfect place to rest your soul. It includes two bedrooms, with a double and a trundle bed. SMART TV with satellite channels,an equipped kitchen, and a bathroom with a shower. Enjoying the living space with a gorgeous wood burning fireplace with access to a large deck. Guests can swim in the summer in the outdoor pool, relax in the jacuzzi, use the barbecue and other facilities.

There is also a large courtyard with barbecue and free parking. The apartment is located on the 1st floor and has its own spacious balcony overlooking the garden and the Klek mountain. The nearest restaurant is 300 meters from the apartment and the nearest shop is 30 m.

It does not have a beach and you need to have a car to move arround. All the interesting places to see are in range of 5-20 kilometers(beach Kostrena,Crikvenica,Opatija,Rijeka).Studio has a small indor place and a large outdoor area(terrace and garden).It is located in old city up the hill and you have 30 stairs to get to the apartment.

RA HOUSE is a modern, wooden house located in an open area surrounded by forest. There is an entrance to the beautiful magical forest right near the house. The property is located outside the populated area, 0.5 km from the main road leading to the Plitvice Lakes National Park. The house was built in summer/autumn 2022. The surrounding of RA HOUSE is full of natural beauty, picnic spots, interesting destinations for rest and entertainment. It is situated only 20 km away from National Park.
