Forage for mushrooms in the enchanting forest, ski till you drop, get covered in mud on the off-road bike trails, picnic on the summits and sunbathe or stargaze from your private garden. WE COMPLETELY REBUILT JOHNNY'S OVER THE SUMMER OF 2024! In winter, the snow-covered valley descent to Gaschurn passes almost at the front door, and in summer, various hiking trails and the Versettla cable car, whose middle station is only ten minutes away, are attractive.

The nearby shopping and the lift within walking distance make the location of the property unique. The property can accommodate up to 3 cars. The parking spaces are monitored by a security camera.
