The concept is "stay like home", please feel at ease like your own home. This house is located in quiet residential area close to Nagai park, JR and subway station. It is easy to access around Osaka city, Airports and sightseeing spots in Kansai area. There're convenience stores, super markets, a lot of nice local restaurants nearby. Also walkable to Yanmar Stadium, Yodoko-Stadium, teamLab★Botanical Garden, Osaka Acute Medical Center etc. The desk space and a pocket wifi are also available.

This is a guest house that is an iron-framed 3 stories building. Guest rooms are 1st floor. We (family of 3) live on 2nd and 3rd floors. The guest rooms will be comfortable for 3 people to stay. Three beds are available. Kitchen and full bathroom that guests can use exclusively are equipped on 1st floor. Other basic amenities are also there. No shared ones. (See pictures.) I am fond of talking with guests in English. Long stay recommended, because you can enjoy yourself staying in Japan.

Traditional Japanese House 74㎡ Osaka Namba KIX

This is a newly renovated old Japanese house, a middle-class residence built in 1929 and renovated in 2017. It is a legal accommodation permitted by the city of Osaka. Located in the southern part of Osaka, a very quiet residential area. 10 minutes away from the nearest subway station, Kishinosato. It is easy to reach Namba, Umeda by subway, KIX and Koyasan by Nankai Railway. The 7-11 convenience store is one minute away. The Sento public bath is also very close to my house.

Check-in time is from 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm. Due to other work commitments, I can't accept check-ins after 5pm, but I will do my best to accommodate check-ins before 2pm. Check-in is not possible on dates listed in the house rules and Sundays. (Staying and check-out possible) This is a guest house that is a 100-year-old Japanese traditional house that I renovated myself. The old house is 300㎡ and the field is 300㎡. Recommended for couples, solo travelers, and families.
