Apartment in a farmhouse

Charming spacious and quiet apartment, on the first floor of our farmhouse. You will have a separate entrance, by an external staircase. Sheltered in your cocoon, you can enjoy the view of a wooded park on one side, and old stones on the other. Located in a forest-lined countryside, access to the road network is very easy (5 min from the highway, 17 min from Rennes, 40 min from Mont Saint Michel, 30 min from Fougères, 45 min from the forest of Brocéliande).

Authentic Gîte La Grange Rennes/Fougères/Vitré

In the Rennes/Fougeres/Glass triangle (about 20 min from each city),we welcome you to our authentic 55 m2 cottage,you will access by a small garden with a 15 m2 terrace. You will enter via the equipped kitchen,then in the living area with fireplace. Upstairs you will find a bedroom with two beds and a shower room with toilet. Enjoy the calm of the countryside with the services of a village with direct access. The home is behind our primary residence.

Small house

My place is good for couples and families. It is located in the center of a Rennes, Vitré, Fougères triangle: 25 min from Rennes, 20 min from Fougères and 15 min from Vitré. We are 1 hour from Saint Malo and Mont Saint Michel. You can park in the small courtyard just in front of the rental to get settled. Do not leave the car in this place during the day, it is our entrance. Parking possible in the church square 50 m above the accommodation.

La Petite Maison

Small house with terrace and garden, nestled in the countryside of St Aubin du Cormier, a small town of character. 2 km from the city center, shops, pond, forest and historic castle. It is possible to access it on foot or by bike via small country roads. Also 25 km from Fougères, 30 km from Rennes, 45 min from Mont St Michel and 1 hour from St Malo, this charming little house will change your scenery and offer you a moment of calm and rest

Gite 4/5 people in a hamlet

Gite on three levels with courtyard and sunny garden. Large green space to share with outdoor games such as ping-pong or badminton. From the cottage you can hike mountain biking or walking. The bathroom as well as the toilet are located on the first floor. Half an hour from Mont Saint Michel, 3/4 of an hour from the Emerald Coast. Bicycles are available for your rides and also an inflatable stand-up paddle for the beach or the Boulet pond.

This apartment is located in Saint-Aubin-du-Cormier, labeled Petit Citée de Caractère, with quick access to the A84 (Rennes-Caen) 40 minutes from Mont St Michel, 1 hour from St Malo Dinard Vitré, Fougères are 15 minutes away. Pleasant towns with their large castles. All shops are a 10-minute walk away. Bakery, butcher, deli, supermarket. Market on Thursday morning Pond located near the Bourg Free public parking in front of the residence.

40 m2 house in the extension of a farmhouse with a bedroom, bathroom, toilet, equipped kitchen: coffee maker, microwave, stove, oven, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine. Linens and towels are provided. In the living room, the sofa is convertible. Possibility of providing 1 baby crib, 1 baby high chair. Self check-in, parking available next door. No outside but adjoining park with games for children and picnic table.

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. I would be happy to welcome you to my new 107 m2 house, for 6–8 people. It has a small garden and a terrace with BBQ and garden furniture. In a very quiet cul-de-sac, it is located at the gates of Rennes, 2 minutes from exit 26 of the A84. 1 hour to St Malo and Mont Saint Michel.
