The bright 2.5 room apartment has been newly renovated and lovingly furnished in an ethno-retro style. In the living room, there is a cozy sofa bed with mattress (140•200). On the shelf you will find many German, English and Turkish books and games that serve as entertainment. In addition to the fully equipped kitchen, dining area, bedroom and bathroom, there is a spacious balcony with balcony furniture and partial mountain views.

We, the hosts Christoph and Corinna, warmly welcome you to our lovingly designed apartment. We invite you to spend beautiful and cozy hours on the spacious terrace overlooking the countryside. Right by the property there are wonderful walking paths in nature, but also to the train station it is only ~ 800 m (approx. 10 min. walk), but this can also be reached by bus (bus stop right at the property). Parking is available.

Summer discount - Cozy terraced house with garden

Older, fresh and cozily furnished 4-room townhouse in a quiet location, ideal for bike rides and hikes. Close to ski resorts and Lake Constance, as well as beautiful sights. Good access to the highway, a train station and public bus connections. It is about 20 minutes walk from the town center, where you can find many restaurants and the yarn market to stroll. Guest tax €1.40 per night per guest.

The penthouse apartment has one bedroom, a living room with a new high quality sofa bed, a kitchen with dining area as well as a bathroom. In the bathroom, in addition to a shower and toilet, there is also a washing machine. The terrace is great for 4 people to enjoy the summer evenings outside. The apartment also has air conditioning in the dining area for cool temperatures!

This special accommodation is located directly on the river and directly at the entrance to the historic old town. Although centrally located in the city, the location on the river creates a feel-good atmosphere all year round. The accommodation is not large, but a perfect base if you want to explore the old town on foot, the surrounding area by bike or the region by car.
