Fully equipped 28 m² studio.

Pleasant and bright studio of about 28 m², on the ground floor of our house. It is quiet on the garden side. Very easy to heat in winter, and cool in summer! We have a dog, very nice, but he will be locked up so as not to disturb your arrival. The mattress and bed frame are new, the bed will be made, bath towels are provided. Parking is available nearby. Parking is available in the yard while unloading/loading your belongings.

Located in a quiet area a 5-minute walk from the city center of Rodez (Cathedral), we have completely redone this large 50 m2 2-room apartment, very bright with views of the Aveyron countryside (work completed in July 2020). It's easy to park on the free street. The bus also passes in front of the apartment.
