The beach is very close to the house (10-minute walk). The small house of the dunes is classified as furnished tourist accommodation (3 stars).

My secluded cottage lies in the countryside of Normandy on a completely private terrain of, 8000m2 with an own driveway. The remote house sits alone in the hills with no neighbors and has a garden with cherry, apple and walnut trees. Explore the lush green grasslands and charming French hamlets right from the driveway. The house is within easy reach of the Normandy beaches, national parks, castles and medieval cities. A basic retreat for lovers of nature and peace.

The "house opposite" offers a "seaside" style cocooning atmosphere in the charm of the renovated old, with the comfort of modern amenities. 6 km from the sandy beach of Agon Coutainville (10 minutes by car/20 minutes by bike) and surrounded by many tourist sites to visit: Castles, Abbeys, landing beaches, Mont Saint Michel, etc., the perfect place for a vacation as a couple or with family. From the living room, you can admire the beach huts of Gouville-sur-Mer, from the bedroom, you have views of the dunes and the sea 50 m away. It benefits from a large balcony terrace. We thought about it and set it up to create a pleasant place for you and relaxing. Our accommodation is rated 3 stars by the Tourist Office.
