Free parking on site in the subdivision. Montpellier is 5 minutes away by car, shops, tram stops and highway access are 200 meters away. 20 minutes from the beaches and the airport. Small but clean, comfortable and well arranged. There are 3 steps to get to the front porch of the home.

Single room: table/armchair area that can be replaced by desk on request, TV, kettle, Nespresso machine, fridge, Nespresso capsules, tea, 140 x 200 bed for 1 or 2 adults.
