Spacieux, lumineux, de plain-pied, ce bien est agrémenté d’une grande terrasse privative ombragée et exposée nord. En formation, en vacances, en convalescence, ou encore et parce qu’il le faut bien pour le travail, vous serez ici chez vous ! 🙂

Très beau studio, complet, indépendant et au calme, inclus dans notre maison (résidence principale dans la quelle nous résidons toute l'année ) entourée d'un jardin avec terrasse et avec une piscine hors sol. Réalisé avec soins, moderne et et décoré avec sobriété (déco scandinave), il est tout équipé, climatisé et proche des universités (tram et bus) ainsi que des commerces. Nous sommes situés à 30 minutes en voiture de la mer (Palavas les Flots).

Walking distance from the house are several hiking trails (see photos). Pets are allowed under certain conditions.
