Unter dem großen Dach befindet sich ein zweites Tiny House, "Brüderchen", welches auch über Airbnb buchbar ist. Beide Tinys haben eine eigene Terrasse, teilen sich jedoch ein Dach sowie einen gemeinsam nutzbaren Raum in der Mitte mit Waschmaschine und Trockner sowie den großen Garten.

The newly renovated apartment "Thea" (60 m²) is located on a quiet side street in Chieming am Chiemsee. Various shops, cafés and of course Lake Chiemsee are within walking distance. The living room has a cozy couch that can be converted into a sofa bed (1.55 m x 2.05 m). From there you can reach the semi-shaded terrace. There is also a dining area in the fully equipped kitchen. In the bedroom there is a large double bed and a wardrobe.

Sit back and relax in this quiet, stylish place. The very well-equipped apartment is on 2 floors, two large, bright bathrooms are available to you. The property has a washing machine.
