Holiday rentals with a patio in Graça

this was such a lovely airbnb! the outdoor space was so nice and the bed was incredibly comfy. the hosts were so lovely and responsive and were even happy for us to have a little bbq in the outdoor patio. they were also really helpful with local recommendations and let us leave our luggage an extra hour after check out. the only downside is that the flat is on a very busy street and people are often stopping to take pictures of the front of the building so you can’t really open the shutters in the living room, it can get quite dark and hot having them shut but better than letting people stare in! also the shower is exposed to the kitchen - absolutely fine if staying with your partner or alone but something to consider if staying with friends. overall it was a lovely place to stay - close to everything and really comfortable!

We had a wonderful stay at Muidini's place - she was very responsive and helpful from the moment we booked, answering all all of our questions promptly and proactively providing recommendations. The apartment was beautifully furnished and spotless! We had a truly memorable and enjoyable experience!

The apartment was spacious (especially the master bedroom with a massive walk-in-robe) and we loved the deck. There was air con in the master but no fan in the second room. We made do with opening the window. The host was very responsive and a representaive met us to let us in at check-in. Just a warning that the apartment is on the 3rd floor with stairs only. We thought this was worth it for the location and great apartment. We had such a lovely stay, thank you!

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely, spacious apartment in Belém. The real wood floors and tasteful decor made it feel both warm and elegant. The kitchen was amazing — well-equipped with great appliances — and we really enjoyed making meals there. One of our favorite features was the beautiful outdoor patio and backyard, a perfect spot to relax. The location was also ideal: just a short walk to the Jerónimos Monastery and its beautiful gardens, as well as to charming shops and cafes in the area. Francisco, our host, was incredibly responsive and kind, making check-in and communication easy. The only minor downside was some street noise outside the bedroom window early in the morning, but it didn’t detract much from an otherwise excellent stay. Highly recommend!

Great place. Close to the ferry station, bakeries and markets nearby, amazing views of Lisbon. The house had everything we needed; the host provided the kitchen and bathroom essentials. We felt right at home. One little issue, the beds were not very comfortable.

Six of us stayed in this beautiful two-floor house, and it was absolutely perfect. The house has a lovely garden with comfortable furniture, a clean kitchen, and everything you need, including a coffee machine and a French press. The rooms were great, each with single beds, and there was a large master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, ideal for a group of six. We enjoyed our breakfasts at home and took an Uber to explore the city. Don’t worry about the distance to Lisbon—it’s only 13 minutes to Belem, 25 minutes to Cascais, and just 15 minutes from the airport. There’s also a train station just around the corner, though we preferred to use Uber since it’s quite affordable. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we want to thank our lovely host for the thoughtful gesture of leaving us a nice bottle of red wine as a complimentary gift.

We really enjoyed our stay at Leonor’s place. It is spacious and very tastefully decorated and the patio is definitely the best part. Leonor was very responsive and helpful. Would visit again :)

This was by far the best Airbnb we stayed in during our two weeks in Portugal. The space is so incredibly clean and beautiful. Like a little slice of paradise, with a sea view!! The hosts even provided snacks and beverages upon arrival. We felt very comfortable the entire time. Although the family lives on the property, they were quiet and friendly and made us feel very welcome. My only complaint is you have to communicate through a third party and they require an exact arrival time and they aren’t quick with replying to questions. I prefer to book self check-ins on Airbnb so we can take our time to travel around the country at leisure and not feel stressed about arriving at an exact time, but the third party company required an exact arrival time. So I found that a bit annoying. But the hosts themselves, who live on the property were lovely to communicate with. Highly recommend this space! 10/10

We had a wonderful stay in this quiet and idyllic accommodation. The location is perfect – very close to the beach and also Lisbon is quick and easy to reach. The hostess is exceptionally friendly and helpful – you immediately feel welcome. We are especially grateful to her and her family for the quick and warm support when our daughter was injured. They helped us immediately, and you can tell that real compassion and hospitality are lived here. The kitchen is excellently equipped - really everything you could wish for is available. We can absolutely recommend the accommodation – for all those who seek peace, but also appreciate the proximity to the sea and the city. Thank you for everything!

My stay at Mariana’s place was absolutely wonderful. The house is beautifully designed, tastefully decorated, and spotlessly clean. It also has a lovely backyard — perfect for relaxing during the day or evening. I travelled with my 4-month-old baby, and Mariana thoughtfully arranged a baby bathtub for us, which really shows how attentive and caring she is as a host. I couldn’t recommend this place more, especially if you’re renting a car to explore Lisbon and nearby areas like Sintra, Costa da Caparica, Sesimbra, and Serra da Arrábida.

Highly recommend this Airbnb! Check in was extremely easy Simone was there to walk us through everything and was very responsive throughout the planning process. The apartment itself was very clean and included a full kitchen as well as a washer. Situated in a quiet corner but only takes 10-15 minutes to travel into the main city.

My stay here was perfect! The place looked just like the photos and it was only a 15 minute walk to the center and a 5 minute walk to many cute cafés. Nuno and Isabel were very responsive and gave us many recommendations. They also left Portuguese coffee for us to try and it was delicious!

We loved staying here! Very spacious, clean, and charming comfortable decor. We loved Twiggy and Peanut the friendly outdoor cats (but she will remove upon request). Being able to park for free is a big plus.

This is a prime location for visiting all of Lisbon! The whole process as easy and the apartment is spacious! The hostess also provided a fantastic list of local recommendations.

We had a fantastic one week stay! Luciana has a spacious and well equipped apartment located in a vibrant neighborhood. Plenty of restaurants and grocery stores nearby. Accessible by public transport, also pretty walkable everywhere if you’re up for walking. Luciana is a fantastic host, friendly, accommodating and made us feel like home. Thank you Luciana! The location was unbeatable—tucked away in a quiet, safe neighborhood but still just 20 minutes from Lisbon centre which has amazing restaurants, shops, and attractions. We loved waking up to the natural light pouring in, enjoying coffee on the balcony, and relaxing after a day of exploring. If you’re lucky enough to find this place available, BOOK IT IMMEDIATELY! Great host and apartment! The location is good and there are many nice restaurants and supermarket around the area. Will definitely come back again in our next visit in Lisbon.
