La villa, est située au milieu de la baie de La Baule, dans une rue très calme, à 450m de la mer et des commerces. Vous pouvez laisser votre voiture et faire toutes vos activités à pied ou à vélo. Tennis, piscine, mini golf, paddle, activités nautiques, supérette, marché, restaurants...tout est à moins de 10mn à pied! La villa est en haut d'une dune, dans un jardin valloné de 650m2, entourée de pins et des chênes verts. Vous y accédez par un grand chemin/escalier. Exposition sud/Ouest

Modern cottage in the heart of the Brière park with views of a wooded park. In order to enjoy the surrounding nature, there are no curtains throughout the accommodation (except the downstairs bedroom) & no TV. The accommodation is located 5 minutes from Saint Lyphard (Intermarché, Bakery, Pub)/10 minutes from the sea (Mesquer)/10 minutes from Guérande. The accommodation can accommodate 4 adults and includes: 2 bedrooms each with a bed (160 x 200) Heating type: pellet stove & electric.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. It is located on the first floor of our house. It is totally private for you and we have set up a garden with terrace and fenced garden. If you like nature walks, whether on foot or by mountain bike, while being less than 20 minutes from the beaches (St Nazaire, La Baule, Pornichet...) and 35 minutes from Nantes by car. We will be happy to introduce you to our beautiful region!
