Privater Eingang im Parterre des Hauses, inkl. Parkplatz und Gartensitzplatz - Ländliche Umgebung. Im winter empfehlen wir Anreise nur Autos mit 4WD wegen schnee!! 20 min WALK from St Niklaus station(up & Downhill -waydirection see in our profile!) NO TAXI OR BUS FROM THE TRAINSTATION!! Villa Alba - Sauna & Relaxation in the Mountains

The village of Montescheno offers the charm of the mountains (700 m), an enviable sunny position and at the same time proximity to the town of Domodossola and the Alpine lakes. Villa Alba presents itself with spacious and bright rooms, a panoramic view of the mountains and at the same time the relaxation of a Finnish sauna and a jacuzzi. The outdoor spaces are very pleasant and usable: veranda with sofa and armchairs, large balcony, garden, pergola with table and benches.

The house is located in the middle of the beautiful Valais mountains and is very quiet. It can accommodate up to 11 people. Spread over 2 separate apartments with separate entrances. Additional costs: Tourist tax: 3.80 per day per person (children 1.90) The free garage & parking are not directly on the property and are about 200 meters away. For handling goods, you can drive to the property via a slightly steeper paved road (in winter depending on the snow conditions)

The house does not have central heating, the fireplace is fired with wood. Works wonderfully!
