A small, quiet gem in the middle of a tourist stronghold, away from the hustle and bustle. Milica is a very friendly and lovable person. The stay was pure relaxation. Especially great, a private parking space directly in front of the apartment. 100% recommendation if you bring peace and enjoy the peace. 😊😊👍👍❤️❤️

We had a wonderful stay in "the terrasse", which is in a great nature reservart ! The view is phantastic! The rustical building with a lovely, large terrasse with wood-roof and very individual interieur is a garanty for a relaxed stay in the middle of nature and silence. Zoran gave us a warm welcome with vine, ham, cheese and bread! He gave us very helpfull and interesting informations! You can reach the historic, characteristic village Moncsenice high in the mountains in 20 minutes by feet or in a few minutes by car. From here you can go in a few minutes to the attractive beaches close to Moncsenicka Draga with a nice harboure and very good Restaurants. Thank you for being your guests in this wonderfull location! We had the apartment on the 2nd floor ("Seaplace 2"), which offered a great view of the sea only 50m away. It was well equipped with (almost) everything you need. Instead of the mocha pot, a coffee machine might not be a bad idea, but you could also brew a coffee with the kettle. The reception by Luca's mother was very friendly and warm and she also guided us through the clean and well-kept apartment. The nearest bakery (about 5 min.) or the old town or the harbor (about 10 min.) were quickly within walking distance. Overall, the location and the apartment itself are highly recommended!

We had an absolutely fantastic stay! The accommodation was excellently equipped – everything was really thought of: own parking, bicycles, towels, bed linen, shampoo, hair dryer, fully equipped kitchen, vacuum cleaner, washing machine, clothes rack, and much more. Simply everything you need for living! We also loved that there were lots of candles, room fragrances and great decorations, which made everything feel much more homely. We were particularly impressed by the direct beach location (5 min walk) and the pool access directly from the terrace - ideal for spontaneously jumping into the water with children. Even with a stroller, everything was easy – the accommodation on the ground floor is completely barrier-free and super well thought out. We felt completely comfortable and were able to enjoy our vacation to the fullest. You can tell that Markus is very attentive to making you feel comfortable and at home. We did! Absolute recommendation - we will definitely come back!

A really cozy little cottage with everything you need! The garden is huge (our dogs also loved it) and the seating outside is a dream! From the breakfast terrace to lounge furniture to sun loungers and a Hollywood swing, everything is included. Especially in such great weather as we had in June, the cottage is an absolute recommendation! The location in Gracisce in the middle of Istria is perfect for discovering the peninsula - whether to Pula, Rovinj or Vojak, we were everywhere in under 50 minutes.

Nicolo's apartment is ideally located for walking around Trieste and is across the road from the Joyce Park a beautiful green space of trees and monuments reflecting the history of this unique city. Nicolo is an excellent host and left us with lists of places to go, coffee, ice cream ( unmissable )as well as churches and museums. The apartment is characterful and homely and is well equipped for all your needs, lots of thought has gone into visitor's' requirements.

We spent a week over New Year's Eve at Jure's house and enjoyed the time very much. Jure's house is a little off the road, but so central that all necessary places were quick and easy to reach. The property is completely enclosed, which was very pleasant for our dog. The house is situated in a beautiful garden and has everything that is needed. The underfloor heating was particularly pleasant now in winter. The contact with Jure was straightforward. He was on vacation himself during our stay, but a friend gave us the key and provided us with all the necessary information. Nevertheless, Jure was always available to us and provided us with restaurant tips. We can well imagine spending another vacation in Jure's house.

Excellent villa, beautiful pool. Lidija and her husband made us feel very welcome with homemade pastries and a vino on arrival. Excellent location easy to get to Pula and Pazin. We loved it. Thank you for a fabulous holiday.

The house is just great. Just as described, rather better. The heated pool allows you to play in the water for hours. Children can be supervised from the shaded seating area. The many other play options in and around the house allow you to spend entire days without boredom. The air conditioning keeps the house pleasantly cool and can be individually controlled. The equipment is in top condition. Ivan is a great host and responds in record time. We were there as a family with 5 adults and two children and would like to come back.

We had an amazing time! The house and poolhouse are absolutely great and also a very clean and amazing pool in the garden. Sabina is a great host, pro active, answers quickly. We would love to go back!

Lovely house/bungalow surrounded by the palm trees and beautiful garden. Green and peacefull hidden gem even if it is situated between the beach and the main street (which was very convinient to go to the supermarket and restaurants). Interior of the house was very cosy and charming. We enjoyed the paintings on the wall and sculptures which all were made by Vesna! Bathrooms and bedrooms were roomy and confy. Overall we all loved our stay very much. Vesna was warm-hearted and lovely person. Thank you so much!

A very comfortable flat in a quiet residential location.

The farmhouse was fantastic, neat and clean, cool on hot days, roomy and just wonderful. We didn't realize that transportation would be such a big deal...we rented a car for a week, but were too scared to drive, so were quite dependent on our family to drive us around - highly recommend renters get a car! But overall, the place is a total delight...the visiting grandkids and their dog loved running around the huge yard, the place is *quiet*, the storks and ibis amazing and we even saw a big jackrabbit. Thank you soo much, Manuel, for your kindness hosting us.

Helena welcomed us very kindly. The arrangement when we arrived worked great. She explained and showed us everything on site and also gave us tips on where to eat well. Everything was already there on site, a small purchase had already been made, for the first hunger. Dishwasher tabs, taps for the washing machine, dishcloths, but also charcoal…… everything available. Then a large fruit basket was brought over in between. Helena was also always available and after a small storm, she asked the next day if we were okay and if someone should come to clean up. The pool was also cleaned once in between. It's also great there with a dog, because it's properly fenced, and walking the dog is no problem. So we were completely satisfied and would go back. Thank you very much to Helena and also to your husband🫶🏻

We spent 11 days in Gianluca's accommodation and were more than satisfied. Above all, we liked the quiet yet central location very much. The accommodation itself was well equipped (cutlery, oil, salt, sugar, coffee, air pump...etc.) Everything was very clean and we had a large balcony. Gianluca was always available and very friendly and even allowed us to check out later. We will be happy to come back. Thank you for everything.

Beautiful apartment, walkable distance from the city

The warm welcome by "Maria" was the first step to a 10-day break. We immediately felt well received. There is a parking space for the car right by the house. There are also 2 bikes available. Very clean and cozy apartment in a quiet location. The amenities are excellent. The beautiful harbor and the old town are a 10-15 minute walk away. The hosts are very friendly, caring and helpful. Thanks for everything!

Everything was great. The appartment is clean, has everything available that you need in daily live like towels, kitchen accessories and so on. 3 bathrooms is great as well. and the highlight might be the balcony with a view onto the harbor. the internet connection is a little slow sometimes, but the information about it was in the description. We could still stream netflix, sometimes with a little less quality but still okay. All in all it was a great stay, communication and information was super easy. I would recommend this place any time.

Very nice place, we arrived late at night and they stay attentive. There is a supermarket in the same building.

We had a wonderful short break for a week at Suzana's. She and her husband are really very warm and helpful people. The apartment is ideal in size. Parking directly in the courtyard, even with a roof protected from storms. Fantastic location, 2 min to the beach (incl. Dog beach). Sufficient towels, even after half a week, fresh ones were provided. The apartment was very clean. The bed is large and comfortable. Well-functioning air conditioning - ideal for our dog. Rovinj is super accessible on foot, but also by a little train. Thanks for a great stay!

Leopold and his wife are just great hosts. They are extremely helpful and go the extra mile to help you and show you around the areas as well. I love cycling and leopold took me out on a day of cycling around the whole area while both the wives were going around as well and then they showed us an amazing local place to swim. Overall, they were very helpful and hospitable and we will definitely go there again!
