The 140qm apartment is converted into a loft, featuring a light-filled spacious room with an integrated open kitchen and a cozy dining area with a corner bench and a large table. Adjacent is a spacious living area with a futon double bed (160x200cm) and two sofas. There are two separate bedrooms, one with two single beds, and the other offers a comfortable king-size bed. Both bedrooms have spacious wardrobes. The huge window and west-facing rooftop terrace provide views over the roofs of the lively historic district, and delightful sunsets invite you to dream. The apartment is modern yet cozy, with many self-designed and crafted furniture pieces, complemented by a beautiful larch wood floor that harmonizes with the over a hundred-year-old roof beams. Both the bathroom with underfloor heating, a luxurious corner bathtub, and a separate shower, as well as the guest toilet with WC and urinal, are tiled with natural stone. The loft is centrally located, with most shops and many restaurants within walking distance. The same goes for public transportation (bus 2 min, subway 4 min, S-Bahn 10 min), Oktoberfest, the traffic museum, and the beautiful trade fair park. (Maximum occupancy 6 people)

A self-catering kitchen and a separate bathroom are located in the annex, for your own use (not in the family's house). The house on the lake belongs to my wife and me. My son and his wife coordinate the rental for us (co-hosts). The lower apartment in the house is rented, the upper one we use occasionally. Enjoy the privacy that this small house with a separate entrance offers you. On the ground floor is the living room with a dining area and a small work corner, the bathroom and the kitchenette. In a small storage room you can easily park luggage and supplies for a longer stay. Via a staircase you can reach the bedroom with a double bed. Our appartment offers one big, combined living- and bedroom (30 m² / 290 ft²), a kitchen and a bathroom. It contains a cosy bed (with 70 inch width more kind than queen size) and an additional bed. Smart-TV and WLAN connection is available in the room. It is located in the basement (souterrain) with windows to the backyard. TV with Internet and WLAN available. Approx. 20 minutes to the city center by city train.
